Our first storage facility was founded in 1929, and was the first of its kind in South Florida. Since then, our self storage Miami company have expanded to four convenient locations: Aventura, Downtown Miami, Kendall, and Plantation. 1 We do business the old fashioned way, the way it should be done - upfront and personal!
The cost of the storage depends on the amount of space you need. Our prices start as little as $25 a month for a small unit and go up in size and price from there. Our objective is to assess your needs and then provide you with the right amount of space for self and public storage in Miami. We have over 100 different size units ranging from a 4 x 4 x 4 (Length / width / height) up to a 10 x 20 x 12.

I used Brickell Xtra storage on 2 separate occasions. When I moved to Miami and once again when i was leaving. the staff and management were EXTREMELY informed, hospitable, welcoming and always organized and professional. I did my due diligence and research, no question they were the right choice. highly recommend

These guys are great! My wife and I just moved to the area and we needed some storage as we worked out the logistics of moving from the Northeast. David was very helpful assessing our needs and made sure we got a unit that would fit everything and wouldn't be paying for more than we need. Unloading the truck into the unit was super easy given their spacious loading dock and carts they have on hand. The place was clean and we didn't feel rushed. We checked out a bunch of other places but these guys won out on their fair prices and positive customer interactions.

What a tremendous facility with a great management team and staff. Whether you are storing files for work, household items, high end art, furniture, precious jewels, or even wine, Brickell Xtra Storage is the place to be in Miami!!! Located just west of Brickell and easy access off of Interstate I-95, the building was easy to find with tremendous visibility. The family oriented staff make you feel right at home and we highly recommend using Brickell Xtra Storage!!

You will not find a better place to store your things. The employees are the reason why. They go above and beyond to help you and keep everything clean and running smooth. There prices are low and there service is excellent. I feel lucky to have found this place. It is close to downtown and Brickell and is just two blocks from the freeway.

Brickell Xtra Storage, Miami/Brickell, location is a GREAT facility.
As the original storage facility for the area, after many decades, they are almost a historical-like status pioneer in the storage industry here in Miami
1) The facilities are CLEAN and ORGANIZED.
2) The facilities AMBIENT TEMPERATURE are PROPER and CONSISTENT.
3) Prices are AFFORDABLE and FAIR.
4) The Management is FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE
(they make great coffee, by-the-way).
Although there are other newer facilities nearby, notice how empty the newer places are COMPARED to the customer traffic of Brickell Xtra Storage
