Braman Mini and Marcos Flores went above and beyond to help me during the current difficult market conditions and I am so happy with my new car! I had the absolute most amazing experience at Braman Mini! Everyone was patient, helpful, and efficient. I particularly worked with Fiorella, who is fantastic! She helped me order my mini, and walked me through the whole process! While awaiting my new car, she kept me up to date on the status of the car and when would it arrive! When it finally came in, she had called me and had everything prepared for when I got to the dealer. The car was perfect! She even checked in a couple days after to make sure everything was working smoothly! She is AMAZING! Honestly, best experience ever!

I just got my new MINI at Braman and the experience was excellent. Elizabeth Araujo took care of every single detail about the car and even suggested a couple of add ons that I had missed. Then she babysitted the whole process giving me timely updates from the moment that it went into production till it made it into the ship and arrived to US. Then she made sure that everything was as ordered and functioning and still gave me a follow up call to check how everything was going. Don't waste your hard earned money storing anything here! They have a leaky roof. Your belongings will get wet, then mildew, then infested with German roaches (yes I saw baby roaches running about). When you complain to the owner he will inform you, you should have purchased worthless renter's insurance (which does not cover negligent lack of roof repair) because you signed a limited liability contract. So unless you want to waste hundreds or thousands in storage fees, destroy your personal property, or take your chances in small claims court I would avoid this facility like plague.
