Javiel, Jay jr, Santiago, Ruben, Anthony and Angel--these are the guys who maintained my sanity and mitigated a huge water leak at my home. After confirming with my insurance company, I contacted ServPro (after hours on a Thursday) and Javiel and his team were at my house within two hours and worked well into the wee hours of the morning. During the following week, Javiel was onsite pretty much everyday completing demo approved by insurance and monitoring drying operations. I own a Business in a Professional Building located on the bottom floor. The tenant above me had a sprinkler go off in the early morning hours. When I arrived and open my door all the acoustic paneling was on the floor, water was dripping from the ceiling and all my files on my desk were destroyed. It was quite devastating.
After taking a moment I called ServePro and spoke to Joe Powers. He came out himself and accessed the damage. He called his workers to come and box up my office, he arranged for a moving Company to pick up and take everything to storage. It was amazing how quick and efficient
