We had significant water damage in our kitchen which caused damage to our cabinets, walls to our bathrooms and bathroom flooring. We started with another company who did our demo and the communication was really bad, they were not planning to do any of our repair/Reno work although we thought they were. Turned out that was lucky for us because we found CCCR and the experience was night and day.
Mike was our project manager and he kept us in the loop with everything, was incredibly professional, reliable and kind. We had our cabinets completely redone, upgraded the counter tops, lots of drywall

Our insurance set us up with this company to repair damage to our house. Everything seemed to be going well. Then towards the end one thing after another. We told them we could only have work done certain days for one small part of the project due to a family member needing to stay in our guest room. The opposite happened. They started the day before the day they needed to be out of said room. They had said it would get done this day. Then, I see the room is still filled with furniture from other parts of the house and is not sleepable. My husband had to move everything so my mom could sleep. To

Had a tree fall on one of my rental properties. Central Coast Causalty Was the go to company by my insurance. In order to repair the damage it required the services of several different tradesmen. They employ an excellent group of tradesmen that got the job done quickly and when the job was done it looked better than before the damage. I will definitely use these guys again. Completely professional and easy to work with.

Amazing!!!! This is THE best company ever! I had a major leak in my home that caused a lot of damage and the bathroom and room below the bathroom were affected. The bathroom had to be completely gutted and rebuilt. These guys are the best. Their representative/supervisor Michael kept me apprised of every step throughout this process. He is pretty much the best representative anyone could ever ask for on any major projects in their home. Seriously, the nicest guy ever. They did an amazing job. My bathroom is absolutely gorgeous now. Michael also had his employee Angel with him when I had a minor

Let me start out by saying how impressed I am with the workmanship, follow through, and beautiful job this company did on our improvements.

My Wife and I needed to convert an existing commercial space into a 6 room Day Spa. This required demolishing existing walls and completely rebuilding the interior. Including, flooring, kitchen/breakroom, sinks in each room, new T-Bar ceiling, doors, finish trim and paint.

The challenge was that it took so long to get our permit, we used up a large portion of our anticipated time waiting for the permit. Due to our tight budget we needed to open as soon

Hats off for a great job. We experienced kitchen water damage and half of the cabinets and countertops had to be removed in order to find the water source. Steve Arnold the Project Manager and his crew did a great job of carefully removing everything, repairing the damaged wall and then replacing the cabinets, countertops, backsplashes and new floor. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, professional and worked quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience

I had damage to my home they worked with my insurance and restored my home to its original condition. The project manager, Jared Stratton, kept me informed of what and when a portion of the repair would be done. There employees showed up on time and were very professional in their workmanship. I would hesitate in recommending them. If I could they would receive more than 5 stars. They went over and above my expectations.

Interior water remediation was fast and interior repair was well done. How ever they failed to complete the job. Final repairs took forever then were rushed when they finally got around to it. Never seen work done so poorly. Messy as hell and ultimately paid $1000 out of pocket that I need to have redone plus pay another $800 to repair the damage that they done. Avoid like the fn plague! They do not respond anytime you question the work they done.

I am happy to report we had a good experience with Central Coast Casualty Restoration. We encountered water damage to our kitchen, laundry room, nook area and wood floors. The damage also included mold remediation. This was a long, expensive, detailed project. The kitchen and laundry room had to be completely redone, including granite counters, cabinets, and flooring. CCCR worked with our insurance adjuster justifying the work and the cost to return things to their previous status. They kept us informed, the people doing the worked showed up on time, were respectful, cleaned up after themselves

I had a very positive experience with Central Coast Casualty Restoration recently and can recommend them highly for remediation. I am a realtor and during inspections found mold in three places from a shower pan failure, a leaky roof, and a past leak under a sink and needed to get a mold clearance in escrow. The project manager Wade came out within a day to give us a bid and then worked efficiently to remove the damage, clean the area, get another mold test for clearance, and then replaced all the sheetrock and cabinetry that was damaged. With his project management skills and diligence to complete

The recent rain storms had very strong winds that caused water to flood through the walls of our bedroom & CCCR was a life saver today. They came out, pulled the wet carpeting back, cut away the soaked carpet pad and put drying blowers in the room & on the carpeting. Wade was a real hero & we were mighty happy to see him. CCCR was timely, very helpful and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend them.

3 years later and we are still chasing them down to finish things. Work ethic is zero! They completely depend on your payment to pay their contractors so they pressure you often. Mind you, ours was insurance work so we were always waiting on a check too.
Communication = F
Delivery of on time services = F
Follow up = F
Hiring poor contractors = F

In addition, they don't stand behind their work, they throw their own contractors under the bus instead of standing behind them and finishing the job. POOR work ethics!

Run. I recommend Simons Construction as we just had a completely life altering

TERRIBLE CONTRACTOR-DO NOT USE
My experience with CCCR inc was a complete failure. The project manager displayed terrible communication, poor workmanship, and were painfully slow to complete the job, basically leaving me and my family without a kitchen for 2 months.
Installed cabinets incorrectly, painted over my appliances when they should have moved them, damaged drawers when installing hardware, adding items into the invoices that weren't in the original contract...
COMPLETE DISASTER!

The attitude of the employees at this company was shocking to me, especially since they are within the USAA network! When I said I needed an estimate because I wasn't sure if I could afford the repairs left by a septic problem, they switched from being eager to help to being purposefully difficult. And it turns out an estimate is free if you don't have them do the work, but if you DO have them do the work, you'll be charged for the estimate. I was told it was to "recover their losses from the 98% of people who make them spend 5-6 hours on an estimate and then don't do

Water damage? Imagine walking into your newly purchased house anticipating where you're going to put your couch and your TV only to find a waterfall in your kitchen. Yep, it happens and it stinks. You thought fire does a lot of damage...water is just as bad.

We had a pipe burst in our kitchen ceiling after a freeze and because we weren't living in the house at the time, water was pumped in for 10+ days reeking havoc on 4 rooms- the kitchen, the family room, the office, and a bathroom. Central Coast Casualty Restoration to the rescue!

After a few days of an attempted dry out
