I started painting houses when I was a sophomore at Blue Springs High School. After attending Longview Community College and receiving my Associate of Arts degree, I had a decision to make. I would highly recommend First Pace Painting. We used them for exterior painting. The crew was incredibly professional and very positive. Every time I went out to take a peek at the progress, they were very friendly and wanted to make sure I approved of their work.
They prepped the house before painting and paid really close attention to details. We had several repairs due to wood rot. They were very skilled and we were really impressed with their repairs. The actual painting went really quickly and we are really pleased with the outcome.

This was an amazing experience. Luke and the crew were very professional, kind, tidy, polite and genuinely happy. The crew liked each other and worked well together. An enormous amount of time was spent preparing the house to be painted. This was not a quick spray paint caulk and we are out of here. The entire house was prepped, and painted and it was gone over and over again by multilevel sets of eyes to make sure it was perfect. If they find wood rot their crew does it themselves there is no waiting for a carpenter to come. We have had several people ask who painted our home, it stands out. Their

Luke and his crew of guys were amazing. I had my doubts at first when Luke picked out the trim color, but the final product exceeded my expectations. I've never seen a crew work as hard as Luke's guys did.

I can't say enough good things about Luke and 1st Pace Painting. From the moment Luke provided me the original estimate, it was obvious that he knew what he was doing and we were in good hands. So much so that we didn't even look for a second estimate. Luke talked a great game.
Best part is, he followed up that talk with actual legit results. My wife and I could not be happier with the exterior painting work that First Pace Painting did on our house. They prepped extremely thoroughly before even starting painting (several days of prep as our house had some very extensive wood rot). Upon completion the house looks awesome! Several of our neighbors have already asked "who painted our house?" mentioning how great it looked etc. I've shared Luke and First Pace's contact information with several folks already. We had to wait a couple months to schedule the job (probably a good sign) -- but in the end the wait was absolutely worth it! OUTSTANDING

I decided to choose First Pace Painting to paint my house based upon these key reasons: 1) a skilled and attentive inspection of my house and 2) providing a written, detailed estimate of the work and estimated charges. My intuition to choose First Pace, among other offers, was rewarded! Luke and his crew performed courteous, excellent, skilled and fast work to complete the project in one week. Additional, but much needed, wood rot repair around window frames did not substantially increase the final charge from the original estimate, and these additional charges were discussed openly and honestly
