I needed a new opener installed and new springs and called all the repairmen/handymen around town. First Response was the only company that offered a reasonable quote and came out in two days. The job was done quickly, and First Response cleaned up and hauled away the old opener for free. Hurray, for no surprise charges, quick response, and excellent customer service!

Sean was gracious enough to come up to Plymouth and install two new garage doors and openers for us while several other companies wouldn’t give me the time of day. Everything was done through email and text which made it easy. Once the doors came in Sean installed them the same day and we couldn’t be happier. The doors look great and I will for sure be telling everyone I know about First Response Garage Doors, he went above and beyond our expectations.

We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door, and we decided to replace both of them. This afternoon, I called 4 agencies to get quotes for this. First Response Garage Doors was the least expensive. We are glad that we used First Response Garage Doors. During the initial phone call, Sean (technician) quoted me a price for the 2 springs and said that it would take less than an hour. Sean arrived on time to the appointment this evening, and the work took 45 min. We had many questions for the technician: he worked diligently and answered our questions. Wow! We were so super happy with our service call. We bought a coupon from Amazon for a tune-up and roller replacement. We were alittle concerned on the quality and if there would be a bait and switch on the all stuff we need to repair. Thank God it was just the opposite. Not only were they able to come out the same date, our technician, Sean, arrived on time, he was very professional, customer service oriented and so knowledgeable.
We are more than happy to refer anyone to them...you will be pleasantly surprised.
