Art came out to survey the space and determine our need and will provide estimates . We recently moved into a historic home and there is a lot to evaluate and a mixed bag of systems but though everything works we know it’s beyond its useful life and Art was patient thoughtful and methodical in his review of this old house . Very professional and courteous. They keep to their schedule and clean up after themselves. When the job is done, they are not. They make sure you understand how the entire system works and are just a phone call away. I had Art come and service my system and also install two new ecobee smart thermostats. He was very knowledgeable about how the technology works. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Technician was on-time. New home purchase and we wanted the HVAC system checked. Technician performed service quickly. Determined system functioning normally. Did not suggest any unnecessary services or try to upsell. We did go with an annual MX plan for the units because the no pressure by the book approach gave us confidence we were being treated correctly.

First called Right Brothers in November 2019 shortly after moving in and having been stood up by a couple other companies. Within a week Art
had come by, assessed the job and completed it - raising our heat pump. We signed a maintenance contract and they kept the air handler (which should have been replaced years ago) running until it finally died last Friday. They replaced it today (Wednesday) - I think that's pretty good turnaround. And didn't break the bank. Really like these guys.

Called him to do a job for me and he told me he would do it but informed me it was not something I couldn't do myself with the right equipment. He was very helpful and honest and I felt he was putting customer service before profits. A rare commodity in today's world and something I was highly impressed! When the time comes, he will be my go to for HVAC service as it was obvious he runs a honest and caring business.

After hurricane Florence, Right Bros gave us a competitive quote and even better time frame. Complete discussion of how they would not only replace our HVAC/AC, but also move it to the attic space to greatly reduce chance/cost of future storm damage.
They have been very supportive of maintenance to our unit, we took offer of their VIP package where we get season change check-ups to the system and discount on service call fees. I feel this to be of great value and peace of mind!
