We got 3 quotes from local companies for a new furnace & zone system. Dixon had the best price and Noah was professional and seemed honest/ straightforward/ not “salesy.”
The office was always quick & professional in their communications.

They were very prompt and were able to come the same day I called. He was very friendly and professional and worked efficiently, fixed my AC quickly on a very hot August day! I would certainly recommend them and will use their services again.

Dixon installed a new HVAC unit for me last year (2020). I have found them to be professional, responsive, and incredibly courteous. When I had an issue with my air conditioner they fit me into their busy schedule and had the issue resolved within hours. Having worked with Dixon for a year, I feel I am part of their family and they take care of family incredibly well. Highly recommend!

My A/C died on a weekend when it was extremely hot and humid and It was 90 degrees inside. I called Dixon Monday morning and was promised a serviceman by late morning. He showed up before noon and had it up and running cool very quickly. I needed a replacement part and he came back 2 days later to finish the job. I was extremely happy with the promptness and the service job.

Dixon always has excellent service, as I have used them numerous times. Coming from Northern VA, it's nice to find quality work that doesn't cost a fortune. It's a busy time of year and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. I am always pleased with their work and will call them again when i need something.
