I've called 4 times over the past to get my piers adjusted, twice I left a message and twice I talked to representative, but I STILL have not heard back from anyone. The "lifetime guarantee" seems to mean nothing since no one is willing to honor that guarantee and call me back. Also the last rep I spoke with was completely unapologetic and acted as though I was the one inconveniencing him and not the other way around.
