Quick to respond and quick get to the property to give a quote. I called regarding some cracks I had noticed around my house. VERY honest people..was given a rather hefty quote (foundation repairs aren't cheap) and asked the salesman if he would do this right away and if it was his house what would he do and he responded with "no I would not do it at this time". This is rare to find in the construction business! Once and if I ever need foundation work this will be the first call I make.

Let me tell you, foundation repairs are not fun, so the company you hire better know what they're doing. Our house started sinking and needed piers on the outside stem wall and a few under our slab. We had 3 doors not opening and cracks started showing up, all this within a 5 month period. We called out American Leveling and all is well now. Bobby diagnosed the problem quickly and Luke and his team did an awesome job while they were out. Professional, knowledgeable work! I had been noticing signs of foundation and slab failure in my home for a while. When I called American Leveling, Ram Jack OKC they gave me a thorough evaluation and bid. 4 of my piers had to be installed inside my home. They made several visits before starting work to explore all possible methods to minimizing the amount of interior wood flooring that would be damaged and require replacing as my flooring had been discontinued and my on-hand-planks were limited. I was so pleased with the care they took with the interior, the damage to the existing wood was minimal

I contacted FOUR foundation companies after having our property evaluated by a structural engineer who recommended foundation repair. One no-showed 2 appointments, one said we didn’t need his services (without knowing what the work was), and the 3rd came out but never sent a quote. RamJack is the ONLY company who showed up and sent a quote. The office representatives were friendly and professional. The workmen were equally friendly and professional. While it was rather expensive, at least we were able to get the work addressed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

Luke and his crew were efficient, professional, and friendly. Luke was careful to explain everything and ensure we understood everything. Everyone on the crew was kind about our 2 dogs who were so curious about them being in our backyard. I would definitely recommend them to do anyone’s foundation repair. Luke and his crew came to install some piers to fix our foundation. They were so awesome, the crew worked fast, and cleaned up so well you can hardly tell where the work was done at. Luke explained all that was done and made sure all our questions were answered. When Luke had to come in to check the walls he was very courteous! If there is a need for foundation repair in the future I will for sure call RAM JACK by American Leveling Co. Thank you guys so much!!

I find it interesting that the seller of the home is leaving a review of Ram jack, who, they didn't have work done on their house - it appears. It seems they are mad that the buyers had Ram Jack help discover that they had severe foundation issues. As a first-time home buyer I got totally screwed on this and got left with piers that were small concrete blocks - they failed after 3 months and the company

Wow! What a great business to deal with! They have been in business since 1936 and their customer service and workmanship is why. Doug Denison, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate for leveling my house. After agreeing to the work, we set a date for repairs. The crew was here at precisely 8 am and worked until 4 pm. They found bed rock at 40 feet so there was a lot of pipe laid. After the job was done, they cleaned up everything including the flower beds, patio, sidewalks and driveway. You can hardly tell that they were ever here! I will recommend American Leveling to anyone who

Let me first say that I did about 9 months of research on foundation leveling before I went with American Leveling Company. I went on Angie's List, got recommendations from my neighbors and asked for referrals from my friends on the neighborhood site Nextdoor. I got five different estimates...and American Leveling won my business. They were the only company to not only follow up with me, but invited me to go watch a house be "raised."

I recently had work done by American Leveling Company on the 2nd house I own & as before the job they did was FANTASTIC! Not only was the office staff very helpful, the inspector was professional & knowledgeable. The crew was polite and did such a great job on the clean-up it was hard to tell they were even there (other than the fact that the cracks on my house were gone!!! I have total confidence in this company & appreciate they have been in business for so long, I can breathe easy that they will be around to actually honor their lifetime warranty!

American Leveling did a great job anchoring a brick veneer wall for one of my clients. The price was very reasonable, the workers polite and professional. They even filled in a crack at no extra charge and now it's almost impossible to detect. As a realtor, I will definitely use them again when one of my clients has a similar need.
