I began my construction career at a young age working with my father who was doing repair and remodel projects. I loved the hands on work and creative aspects that went into building. In high school I met my wife, Pamela, who was a babysitter for a custom home builder. I started working for him my senior year and continued to through college as my passion for construction grew.

Rich and Pamela with Coast Construction are an amazing team to work with. We hired them to build us our dream custom home in the hills of Arroyo Grande. Rich helped us find a piece of property that would suit the kind of home we wanted to build and was at every architect appointment making sure that our dream would come to vision. Rich and his crew were fantastic to work with. We had him remodel our bathroom (he took it down to the studs). He had a lot of good ideas that we incorporated into the new bathroom design. He also communicated very well regarding pricing and time estimates. We were on a tight timeframe and he completed the job early. We will definitely use Coast Construction again.
