On the 3rd night of the coldest weather in the New Orleans area, just when I thought we were going to make it through... One of my water pipes burst at 4 am. From that moment on I was calling plumbers... I didn’t get a call back until 9 am and then all I got was we can put you down for Saturday and try to get to you sooner from one and Friday at the soonest from another and so and so on and so on... I called one place that said they could come out today between 2 and 6 pm, but I called one more number, 504Parish Plumbing and Joel said he could get someone out to me today. They had a job ahead

I love these guys. Put in a hot water heater for me next day when others said a week. Installed a kitchen faucet when I had not the tools and reset a toilet for us, replaces outdoor water hook ups! All prompt and professional with fair prices

My wife called them this morning (MLK Day) regarding a leaky faucet, the owner answered the phone and said he’d have someone out today. Sure enough, a plumber was there right at 10, and as I type this two hours later there’s a new faucet installed and working wonderfully. Could not ask for better service!

Joel just completed a full under slab repair of the sewer lines at my house. When you deal with 504 Parish Plumbing, you deal directly with the owner, Joel — and that goes a long way. Joel is responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Prices are far lower than you’ll find elsewhere and his work is superior. My job was finished quickly and with little mess and no real service downtime in our home. I appreciate the work of Joel and his team at 504 Parish Plumbing. Would use them again in a second.
