Storage Tips Report

If you are going to use some of the items on a regular basis, be sure to place them in the front of the unit, making access to them easier. Use wardrobe boxes to hang clothing, draperies and other fabrics so that they can breathe while in storage. Label everything you store in your unit and keep a written inventory along with your locator map.

Used Shamrock to rent a Budget truck yesterday Everything went smooth until today. Paid my $150 deposit with cash and that was returned to me. I asked if he could run my card for the daily charge of $29.99 + .59 cents per mile for a total of $48.45, he said sure. Gave me a receipt to show I paid the $48.45. Got to my car and look at my transactions on my phone and see one for $123.45 from BUDGET RENTAL. So I went back in, the man says he can’t find the receipt.. he said budget always messes things up and that I needed to call their 1-800 number. Fine, I called and budget can only see a transaction

Clean, affordable, well maintained, great customer service. This is our 2nd storage experience in the area and Shamrock is far superior to a nearby competitor including more storage for less cost. Ask for Abel- he's great to work with!

Staff is exceedingly helpful. Super clean in the office with the pandemic. Good music (he even got the name and artist of the song playing for us via his iPhone, LOL). Fair prices. Convenient location.
