I was incredibly impressed with both of the people encountered in my two months stay. The first was Jamie. She was super helpful at every turn I experienced and there were several that were mainly my fault. The customer service I received was superior.
The second was Sam. I am impressed with his ability to keep the property looking pristine. One of the issues I mentioned above fell into his ball court. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had the fortune of his presence when we moved out the other day as well. Once again the customer service was outstanding!

I was impressed with the service at this facility. I was not impressed with the price of storage in the KC area, but Jamie cut me a great deal as I was only needing temporary storage between moving out of the rental into my home I just purchased. Jamie has a great speaking voice and was very accommodating. I even got to pick my own PIN number, which was helpful. Entry in and out was great even for a 20' U-Haul truck. Thank you Gladstone Storage!!!!

I called Jamie shortly before they closed as I found out I needed a storage unit at the last minute. She was able to find me what I needed right away! Within 3 hours Sam was able to get me the key to my unit and made sure everything was up to par. Sam was so caring and wanted to make sure I was safe while I quickly checked out my storage unit. Everything was so last minute, but Sam and Jamie made the process so smooth!! I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough about this company and the team. I made a huge move from out of state to the Kansas City area and was overwhelmed with trying to find storage. I called Gladstone and spoke with Jamie who was so kind and patient with me. I probably called her back five times with questions, she got me I touch with Sam who again was amazing! It goes without saying I chose Gladstone. Sam went out of his way to reach out to me and talk to me and meet me at the storage and go through everything with me.
