C&B excels in disaster relief and has provided unprecedented service throughout its lifetime as a company. From 1986 to 1994, Craig ran the show as the sole employee at C&B and business consisted of only cleaning carpets and cleaning residential and commercial buildings. In 1994, Craig decided to hire his first few employees and expand his services to include: fire, smoke, water, and content restoration.

I had a flood on the first floor of my condo unit and within the hour the C & B Mitigation team showed up, carefully removing the baseboard and lifting up the soaked rugs too start the heat fans going to dry out the house. They carefully removed ALL my wineglasses out of my cabinet and placed them on my dining table because they had to move the corner cabinet. We unfortunately had a fire that caused extensive damage to our home, but fortunately we were directed toward C&B to help us through the process. Chris was fantastic from the start, Matt handled the clean up and was professional and responsive and attentive to the panic of a couple who had experienced this loss, and Maggie was amazing in helping us through the rebuild. Three months after moving into our new home we discovered we had received a damaged dishwasher and it had been leaking since the first day. C&B came out and did a comprehensive inspection. They explained the steps they would take to mitigate/remediate the damage. They were patient with us and took time to answer our questions. They arrived when they said they would, they were tidy and cleaned up after the work was done. Everyone we had interaction with was very knowledgeable and professional. I hope we never have any more water issues but if we do we will be calling them again.

My entire condo was flooded due to a broken hot water tank. Chris came out as quickly as he could and walked me through the whole remediation process.
Two men soon followed with extraction machines and dehumidifiers. A plumber also arrived to verify the problem. I was in an absolute tizzy over this problem when I first discovered the mess. After dealing with Chris and Roy , the plumber and seeing the men already helping with the mess , I felt completely reassured.
Before anyone comes to my home they make sure they call me and notify me of their arrival time.

Cannot speak highly enough of this team. From the first meeting with Sean to the last meeting with Kelly, the team was punctual, efficient, and true examples of customer service. When something was not correct or up to C&B standards, it was fixed immediately. C&B gave us the dream kitchen we envisioned! I was recommended to C&B Complete for some water damage cleanup needs in the Salisbury MD/Frankford DE area. They were extremely responsive from the get-go, showed up on time and got to work right away. Everything was handled with care and concern and they were very communicative with the process and expectations. This company took a bad situation, and gave us the best possible outcome. Our commercial building caught fire, and C & B came in to mitigate the smoke damage and deal with our insurance company. The level of communication was phenomenal, and the response was ten times as fast as we were predicting. They did an amazing job at cleaning the damaged wood, and completed their portion of the project 5 days ahead of schedule (nobody does that!). C&B will be our first call if we ever experience damage again.
