I think Hydro Hero is a great company. Scott is very responsive. They gave me a quote, responded quickly and did a great job. The pictures tell the whole story. Plus, when I had follow-up questions, they called back quickly after the work was done. Hydro Heros have a great work ethic, are trustworthy and are reliable. Only suggestion, leave a door hanger when the job has been completed so the homeowner knows 'The Hero' has been to the home and the work is done.

Excellent service from the first call for a free estimate to encapsulating our crawl space. Melvin, Jeff and Franklin are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and provide outstanding customer service. They were timely, came in masks which we appreciated given the Covid pandemic, and arrived ready to work. We are happy the job started quicker than planned, and finished in a couple of days. The owners Robert and Liz were professional, timely, and always available to answer questions. I got three quotes from contractors to encapsulate my crawl space and to have a sump pump and dehumidifier installed. All quotes were around the same price, but H20 went the extra mile, and removed all the old insulation, spent extra time grading the… crawl space, excavating mold, digging the drainage around the foundation for the sump pump, and repairing ducting as they installed their water proofing and restoration system that made my crawl space look like the White House.
