Where to start – well let us start with the scheduling - same day -totally unheard of. Did I mention they came all the way from Vermilion to Elyria and ahead of the scheduled time? They quickly assessed the situation and came back with a quote. Shock! They did not price gouge us – We’ve been through this before…and that company tried hard to price gouge.
Not only did they complete the job quickly, they sent us photos and went over everything to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction.
Complete communication the whole time and a job well done. If I could give this company a 10-star

Price: Same price or lower than what everyone else quoted for a sewer snake out. ..Although it was higher that one guy on craigslist who had come out with a wimpy cable that couldn't even get past the first blockage, and then claimed he did the job.
Professionalism: They picked up the phone immediately all 3 times I called, and had availability even on Sunday because they were backed up this week.
