Big O was simply a life saver. We had a drain in the basement that was backed up to the point where it seemed like we had an indoor pool. He arrived before the time frame he had given us. Excellent service. Big O knows what he is doing. We rented equipment from home depot to try and unclog ourselves but still had problems. Big O has cameras and new equipment. He is worth every penny. Most of all you can trust him.

Complete Professional!
We had a downstairs drain backing up at an apartment. Had 3 companys, 4 different times, come out and jet the line with no luck. Within a few days it was backing up again. I saw Big O's van and called him. After explaining the situation Orlando went straight to his 250 pound auger. Fixed it! He explained why he had to use the auger and why the jets weren't doing the work on my particular job. He also did a front yard main line repair and provides jet services. With many years of experience he really knows his stuff. Thanks.

When I find a business that does a great job - I have to brag!! For the past 2 yrs I’ve had so many drain/water issues with my basement. I’ve had so many estimates and plumbers out that I was getting frustrated with the skills these businesses have.

I needed a plumber for an emergency on a weekend at a rental property I own, and I called several other companies. Some were closed and others were too busy to come out. When I called Orlando he came out that day and took care of the issue. He has done repairs for me several times since then on some of my rental properties. I had a smell coming from my basement drain that I was choosing to ignore because I was afraid of the cost. Well, the other day, the drain started draining really slowly and I knew I had to face the truth and call a plumber. I requested a quote through Yelp and received a response from Orlando. He was great! He came out a few days later (it was better for my schedule) and fixed my issue. He took the time to explain the issue and showed me the tree roots he pulled up from the drain. And all at an extremely reasonable price with a three month warranty!will definitely call him for any plumbing issues

Great and honest service! Big O came all the way out to Parma Hts. and did what other big box plumbing companies couldn't! Glad I didn't let the other company rip up my concrete... Big O spent the time needed to clear my drains and the peace of mind that came along with making sure our plumbing was safe and was invaluable. Don't get ripped off and call Big O first!
