We use our One-Step-at-A-Time approach. Using the Exterior Method we prevent water from entering your basement by excavating the existing drainage system which surrounds your foundation and by replacing it with one that directs the flow of water away from your house and into the sewer. We will work strictly by hand, or with the assistance of a machine (mini-excavator) - it's your choice.
Although our exterior excavation method is easily explained, implementation can sometimes be difficult. The primary problem encountered is limited accessibility around the foundation with obstacles such as decks, concrete, porches, landscaping, additions, etc. All these obstacles add to the cost of the waterproofing because much of the excavation must be done by hand, instead of by machine.

We waterproofed our house when we remodeled our kitchen. I'm very picky and rarely give a 5 star review, but I could not have been more please with the service provided by AG Waterproofing. Gino and the crew were on time and budget, and left the area around our house clean and ready to landscape. Our basement is dry and clean thanks to AG Waterproofing!
