Upon arrival our technicians will provide a pre inspection of the gutters to qualify the cleaning. Basic Gutter Cleaning Package Information: Includes step #1. Does not include gutter risning #2 or gutter exterior cleaning #3. If there is a gutter that is full of water and not draining our technitions will try to unplug to drain.

I hired Chinook Services to pressure wash an aggregate driveway and walkway, which had accumulated thick moss in places.
The two-man crew did a pretty good job. First they went over it with a leaf blower, then pressure washed. They had to go back over it again using an unspecified (but "environmentally friendly") chemical to get the moss off. They spent about an hour-and-a-half on it and driveway & walk look much better.
A few minor points: they missed one small area of moss on the walkway (which I was able to easily scrub off with a wire brush. They weren't able to accept

I used Chinook to clean the windows of my home in SLU. I had a hard time finding a company with insurance, that would respond back or that would answer questions. Then I found Chinook. We have used CHINOOK in the past for their window washing service with complete satisfaction. Recently we called them for a small number of tasks including window washing but also removing moss from our roof.
There work was of high quality at a very reasonable price.
A few days after they finished, they contacted us. My wife felt two small high under the roof seemed to have a small amount of streaking that was acceptable to us. They came out a day or two later and re-cleaned them.

We decided our house needed to be pressure washed. I looked up companies on Yelp and decided to go with Chinook. They had some good reviews so I thought let's go with them. We corresponded by email, it made everything super quick and easy! I received a call the day before to verify everything. I appreciate at there was no face to face interaction and the team was prepared with masks just incase. There was also good follow up and customer service prior to the work being done.
Unfortunately the window screens were left dirty (despite complimentary screen cleaning included) and not wiped down at all. I had mentioned prior to cleaning that I would pay extra for outside windowsills/tracks to be wiped but was told that service would be complimentary also. However in addition to the screens the sills and tracks were left very dirty. I did email the company to let them know but have not heard

My roof needed some serious attention. It's like I was supporting a thriving moss garden. With my location in the shade, very little of my roof ever gets dry. Great and fast gutter cleaning service! I had a gutter cleaning scheduled for between 11-12 and recevied a call before 11 stating that they were finishing up a job and would be there soon. It only took them abiout 15 minutes to get to my house and were able to start work right away. Overall the gutter cleaning took less than 30 minutes and was very thorough! I will be using them again in the future!

Service was great. They responded quickly after I contacted them. They arranged a time convenient for me and kept me posted daily with reminders. Called me 30 mins before arrival and were on time. 3 terrific young men arrived and did the ordered jobs with care and in a timely manner. Pointed out 1 problem with my roof and when I asked what could be done he suggested a minor repair for a very small additional cost and did it immediately. Finally they were running a sale and tho I contracted before that began when I asked if I could get it .... they discounted my bill. I would have them again and
