Our roof is VERY steep. Other roofers who come over to give an estimate whistle and shake their heads after one look This past summer, Fenix c/o Thyago boldly dared to climb where no one's gone before! He did a fantastic, flawless job. He was polite, discreet, and unobtrusive. He cleaned up afterwards leaving not even a microscopic -sized piece of debris. The before and after pictures were also a welcome bonus. A belated thank you!

Fenix did a wonderful job carefully cleaning all the moss from my very steep, high roof and I could not be happier. The owner Thyago is a very professional and hard working person, friendly and considerate. He and the Fenix office manager Sonia were a pleasure to work with through the entire process from scheduling the initial quote to the spotless clean-up after the moss removal. I highly recommend Fenix and I plan to use them again in the future.

I found Fénix Roof Wash via a Groupon and decided to try them out. The customer service was good, the price for the service was great. The crew came out early and finished within an hour and cleaned up after themselves. The gentleman told me he also cleaned the top of my garage which is not part of my contracted service which I appreciated. I will definitely use there service again and recommend, thanks!

Fenix roof cleaning was by far the best service. The gentleman was accommondating to my schedule and arrive on time. He was very thorough in cleaning my roof and gutters. He went above and beyond the call of duty to clean not only the roof, but the mess he made. Eventhough my porch and patio was already messy with leaves, he clean his mess and my leaves. I wish I had pictures to show, but trust his service. I use to risk my safety to go up there, but it's not worth my life when you can spend the money for someone to do a professional job.

Beside cleaning roof, treating the moss and cleaning gutters, he also found small issues with my roof / shingles and just fixed all of them.
Also the final part, which is cleaning the windows, house from outside and all the debris around was done very professionally. My house is like brand new now!

Thyago came out on short notice. I went with the Groupon offer. He was courteous and flexible. We are in the process of selling our home, so we have to get the deferred maintenance completed in a short window.
BTW - it's costly to defer ;)
He provided a quote on Friday, as per the window he gave us. Luckily I was home and he gave me a fair price. I explained my situation and he told me, he could come out the next day (but he usually doesn't do that). He showed me his calendar and it was full for 3 weeks out!!! Good people are in high demand.

I bought a Groupon for Fenix for gutter cleaning. I knew mine hadn't been done for about 4 years (and that they'd never been professionally done). I also knew the downspouts had NEVER been done (in 17 years!). Although it took about 6 weeks to get an appointment (and the appointment was a 4-hour afternoon window), I was able to book the appointment easily.
