Terrible customer service. Island Air was replacing my neighbors condenser unit on the roof and removed my unit by mistake! They had hauled it away but did later bring it back and re-installed it. Unfortunately, all the movement must have caused damage which was not previously there. We initially to someone at the office and was told someone would call us back. After three more times, and leaving messages, no one has yet to follow-up. It's been over three weeks and we have since had to replace the unit. No one follows-up and they don't to seem to care or want to own up to their mistake.

I used them once before to re charge my central AC and I was happy with their service. Today I called to see if they could charge my new mini split. I was left speechless when the woman told me they only service units that they themselves have installed. I called a competitor and of course its no problem for them. Im still baffled at my conversion with the woman on the phone...

This company - from the owners - the technicians - the office staff - even their adorable yard dog - offer the us in the Keys the greatest service beyond any other company. They refuse to be anything less than the best. The turn-around time to make sure our business AC was fixed was exceptional!! In less than 24 hours...after another local business left us miserably unattended without AC for over a week and half. A very big 🎊THANK YOU 🎉 to Mike & Jamie from Island Air Control for coming in the middle of the night (that part was just Mike😉) to fix our AC. The dogs are very happy that the house is not 85°. The call back was less then 5 minutes after I left a message. Mike arrived very quickly and the repair was done in less then an hour. I highly recommend Island Air for any of your AC or REFRIGERATION needs.

This company is fantastic ! they have serviced my house ,replaced my air ducts, Plus put in a Halo air system! they did A great job. I had and issue with one of the air ducts they immediately sent out a team member.. great work/service. I wish all companies worked to these standards!
