Alex called me and told me he would arrive at my place in 20 minutes. Alex arrived on time. I met Alex outside my house and asked what exactly do you do for maintenance on an ac. Alex gave me a thorough explanation what he’s going to do on the ac at my house. I must say he did exactly what he told me was going to. I was totally impressed with Alex. He did an outstanding job. Very skilled people, attentive service...very responsive. After being away from our house for 15 months (Covid), we had A/C issues over the weekend. They came out within hours and got us back on line during a hot/muggy spell. They arrive when they say, notify us ahead of time, do the work, explain things well. Just a top-notch company in every respect.

Very dishonest company. Be carful if you need to check you A/C unit because they tend to brake/damage the unit instead to charge double the price. Not recommended at all.
The proof of this statement is that I called another company and they showed me the part that they damage on purpose that it was in perfect condition. But the issue for which I originally contacted them was an easy fix so they brake the part that was good to charge more. The owner of this company should be shameful of what his company is doing to Keys residents.

Hired them to come on a Saturday for no AC possible leak. They sent a guy with no leak tester filled system up $420. Lasted 10 days low and behold there is a leak.
Spoke to Kenny asked what he could do since they sent a new guy that had no leak tester. $96 for leak test $512 to move and install a Drier Filter.
Used another source Leak tested and repaired.
Come on guys cant charge to fill up a system with freon and hammer me to come back to correct the original complaint.
Very nice people but there are others that come prepared to work!

I highly recommend staying away from these people. They charged me $225 for a clogged AC drain that took 5 min to clean. You have to be kidding me. What a rip off. And I already knew what the problem was before they got there, I just didn't know how to open it. I have a small business and I would never screw a customer like that.
