Issaquah Glass can quickly replace broken or fogged insulated units or single pane glass in your existing frames for much less money than replacing your entire window. If you are looking to replace the entire window or patio door we can do that too. Glass has many uses around your home and Issaquah Glass can provide most any glass product you might need.
From picture glass to heavy glass table tops and shelving we handle it all.

I don't know what is going on with this company. At one time they were very reliable with good quality service. Recently I requested a quote for replacing three glass panes. The person never showed up. I called and he gave a lame excuse. I called several weeks later as I still had note received a quote. Tim said it would be done the following day. That was over a week ago. Very sad to see a company that has been in this area for so long with a good reputation become a company that has fallen to this.

Was pleasantly surprised at their quick ability to come out and give me a quote, but after nearly 3 weeks and two follow-up calls inquiring about the status of this quote I have moved on and seeking business elsewhere. Very frustrating when both times on the phone I was assured "Yes! I will get that quote emailed out to you right now!"...and nothing.

I had them do repair window seals in addition replacing some windows and a sliding glass door. Their work was impeccable especially when they found some dry rot around 2 areas. They came when they said they would and worked hard while they were here. Bids were timely and accurate.
Recently, I broke a glass terrarium. I drove to their location in Preston and they were so helpful. They made an exception for me and cut the glass while I waited because we use the terrarium to house a small frog.
Got to meet 3 generations of family who all work together. LOVE supporting small family-owned businesses

About a decade or so ago we had used Issaquah glass when they were located in Issaquah. At that time they were pretty good. I had developed a loyalty towards them.
Years later, when we had another window repair to do, we called on them again. That time they were a lot slower even to get a hold of and even longer to get any work done after many calls. When the work was done it was generally good.
Most recently about a year ago, we had more glass repairs at a rental house. My wife reminded me that Issaquah glass was not that good in our last experience but I still had some loyalty still and

Tim and his crew look after the installation of our custom architectural glass for our clients in the south Seattle area. I have come to trust Tim and his team to handle difficult and challenging projects. Each client who has had our work installed have complimented the crew on a professional installation. This piece was installed today in Maple Valley 13 feet above the dining room floor. They did a great job. Thanks for being a company I can count on.

Had them measure, cut and install two vanity mirrors for a recent remodel. I was hesitant based on the reviews on Yelp since we were on a specific timeline to complete the project. They were friendly when I called (unlike some other glass providers I talked to), were fairly priced and did exactly what they said they would do, when they said the would do it. The only "unusual" thing about the transaction was that they do not accept credit cards, but that wasn't an issue for me. Overall, great company to deal with!

Same as others. Company goes totally dark, no communication or follow up. After miscommunicating an initial appointment time, and two appointments later... I called about 4 times to get an estimate and was promised call backs and ultimately an estimate which never came. This was also for a huge job... probably would have been at least a $5k order... I don't get it.
Now I'm back to trying to find a glass company that actually wants my business.

I contacted Issaquah Glass to have them replace a large picture window in our atrium bathroom. Tim came out on the date promised, inspected the window and said he would get back to us with an estimate. One week later, we had not heard from him, so I called the office. The young man who answered the phone took all my information, said he would investigate and get back to me. It's now three weeks since Tim visited our house and we still haven't heard from anyone associated with this business. We're extremely disappointed since we had used this company in our previous home and were

I didn't buy anything from Issaquah Glass and that's why I'm writing a review. I am not a glass expert, and I didn't know whether I needed to buy anything or not.
The estimator came by and said "your storm window is installed backwards, turn it around and it should stop fogging up. If it doesn't, re-seal it with silicone."
I really appreciate a company that doesn't try to sell me something that isn't needed. Issaquah Glass could have taken advantage of me, and didn't so they have earned my trust.

This company is seriously lacking in customer service. First of all, the dude answering the phone needs to amp it up a bit -- the monotone voice isn't very welcoming. I was clearly interrupting him and he sounded annoyed. I was calling to get a price quote over the phone. Not an official one, just a basic labor and materials. I understand that prices can change with an official price estimate on the property. They absolutely will not even give me a hint of what it might cost. I'm talking one piece of glass installed. That's it. I've called numerous other companies and

Issaquah Glass' professionalism ends on the phone. I had Tim in our home on Dec. 14 to quote two different shower door projects. The tiling is complete and are reading and wanting to make the purchase. He measured and told me that I would have a quote by the following day and they are usually about 2 weeks out for completion. 1 week later I phoned to inquire about the bid I did not receive. I spoke with Tim and heard that he was sick, really busy, very apologetic....on January 3 still no quote!! I phoned again, with an open mind because it was over the holiday. I spoke to someone who

I am baffled by the lack of response from the company. They sent someone out to give me an in-home consultation 2 weeks ago, did all the measurements and promised that they will send me a quote in a couple days. So when I didn't hear anything for a week, I called to ask about it. The lady who received my phone call said she would note it down and it'll take another couple of days. So I waited. After no contact from them for a few more days, I called again. The lady apologized and said that she'll ask Tim (whom I believe is the owner?) to send me a quote by the end of the day or call

I have had some work done by another glazier, but the costs in the area are going up just like everything else.
I dealt with Issaquah Glass over the internet. Everything seems great so far. Description of product and services, ordering and pickup tomorrow. Tim made a few suggestion about the thickness of materials I would need and why, and also so safety issues. I would use Issaquah Glass again.

I have exactly the same experience as the previous reviewer. An estimator (well, more like the measurer) came out on sept 7. It should just take a day or two for estimate to come out. I called 3 three times and spoke to the estimator Tim, every time was promised that "I am working on this right after this call and you should have it tomorrow morning" Well that was the third time when I had the conversation yesterday. Today it is September 29. I am ok if you say "we are too busy and don't really need more business." But don't waste my time.

Had an estimator come out over three weeks ago to give me a price on replacing two windows on a new home for clear panels. He said it would take a day or two to get back to me with a formal bid. After one week I called to speak to him and was put on hold by receptionist for a few minutes and told he'll get back to me when he has time. That was over three weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. Terrible follow through by the business and a waste of my time to take off of work for an hour to meet him. Hope the business owner learns of lost business opportunities from someone who wanted
