Small business with stellar service and reasonable pricing for clogged kitchen drain. What impressed me the most was communication via email and text - initial invoice, reminder of appt, text that technician within 10-20 min. of arrival time. Expense shared upfront before any work done. Work was professional, neat, and I was educated @ how to keep pipes clear in the future. Prompt receipt. Then, opportunity for review of service from owner!

We are so thankful for the prompt professional work from Johnny. My husband had installed a new gas stovetop that was leaking from a new but faulty shutoff valve. Pipeworks came to our home the same day we called and Johnny successfully fixed the leak. We're happy to be able to cook with peace of mind. No gas smell or explosion here!!!

Pipeworks was a pleasure to work with. We already had a couple of quotes for the replacement of a broken bathtub faucet (with shower diverter. The other companies we contacted wanted to tear out tiles, cut pipes, install new pipes and then replace faucet. The Pipeworks plumber (Johnny) said the additional work was not necessary - there was no leak, the existing pipes were solid; the faucet broke, that was all that needed replacing. He used plumbers putty, replaced the faucet and used clear caulking. Simplest solution, and saved over $200 plus clean-up costs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a great experience with pipeworks, they came out quickly to fix a clogged drain. Price was a third of what another company quoted us. Plumber was quick, friendly, and fixed the issue. He also took the time to explain some specifics about our plumbing which was greatly appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
