Roy came out in less than 24 hrs to check out a suspected water line leak causing my sump pump to keep filling up. He gave a great fixed price for coming out to find the leak, unlike another plumbing company I called that would only give me their rate but not even a ballpark estimate of the cost to do the diagnostic. Roy was able to get his crew out the next day and didn’t charge for coming out for the diagnostics! Trey and Roy explained exactly what needed to be done, came on time, made sure everything worked, and put seed and hay in the front yard where they had to dig (and kept it clean inside

Roy and his team were excellent. Had tree roots break into my sewer line and called them for an estimate. They answered right away, were knowledgeable about the issue, and were willing to work with my insurance. They made it a priority to come out and camera the line and had the work finished in a few hours and even did their best to put my little front lawn back to normal. They also looked over my plumbing to see any other issues that may be lurking. Highly recommend!

I used Service Force to replace our hot water heater. Roy took the time to explain my options over the phone, and after I sent him a few pictures, gave me a quote that was much more reasonable than the large company quote I got earlier that day.
Roy ended up being the one to install the hot water heater too. He laid down cardboard to prevent damage to the floor leading to the utility room. The install was pretty quick, and afterwards he explained how to operate the hot water heater, and answered a few other plumbing questions I had. I will definitely call Service Force for any other plumbing work

What a great company! I called with a non-emergency toilet issue but they still scheduled me for a same-day service. I was alerted by text when the technician was on the way (earlier than scheduled!) Harold did a great job fixing the toilet and everything was so clean and shiny when he left, you would never have known a repair had been done! I highly recommend them and would use them again in a blink!

Roy was a great POC for this service, always communicative, very punctual, quick to respond to your inquiries and also very patient in explaining things in laymen's terms. He was also the only plumber who did not ask for an "inspection fee", or "camera fee", etc., and did not break my bank before even diagnosing the problem. He worked very well with my insurance and made sure the work was completed on time, even with surprises along the way. He will definitely be my go-to guy for any plumbing needs! Thank you Roy!

We've had to contact Service Force Plumbing on multiple occasions in the last couple years. The first time was because our water heater completely crapped out in the dead of winter. I can't remember who it was that inspected it and confirmed the issue. But he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to order a new water heater and have it scheduled to be installed the next day.

I found Roy on a freezing cold night when I turned on a water faucet and no water came out. I thought the pipes were freezing, and I called my former plumbing company and got no response at all. I found Service Force online and Roy allayed my fears (not the emergency I thought) and came next day and fixed the problem. Service Force immediately became my go-to plumber. Since then, Roy has installed a new toilet and Japanese wash-let (a great and much less expensive alternative to the bidet I had thought about having installed). He just left today after relighting the pilot light on my water heater

Roy did a great job assessing & repaired our water line to the exterior hose bibb due to a frozen pipe breakage in the wall. I appreciate the fact that he came out right away. He was very knowledgeable & took his time explaining exactly what he was going to do. His pricing is reasonable & I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
