My name is John Rodriguez owner of The Rooter Drain Expert. We are a family owned local business. Just like my son pictured left, I started helping my dad do plumbing at an early age. Plumbing runs in our family and we do it with a smile. My son enjoys riding with me from time to time, and I love teaching my son what our family has done for generations.

However, when you call us at Rooter Drain Experts, you will be amazed at how we handle residential services. John, Emanuel, Adam and the whole team were great. In 2019 I hired them to send their camera down and find out what was going on with the sewer. Then based on that I had them replace the line from the house to the driveway using the trench-less, pipe bursting technique.
So then in 2021 when the rest needed to be done they came and did a liner from the driveway out to the city line under the street.
They were communicative and professional. They took the time to explain things and gave me options. The most recent work they even did on a Sunday because otherwise they weren't going to have an opening

This trenchless rooter service was recommended to me by a friend to address some VERY old clay pipes below my home. They provided an excellent solution to what could have become a very costly problem. They replaced my 'historic' (and not up to code) sewer line with minimal digging as well as repaired existing cracks and root damage under the house. Not only was the service thorough and efficient , every step of the process with video of the inspection and repairs were sent and explained to me. Very pleased that I do not have to worry about the plumbing failing in this house despite its age. These

I had Juan inspect my (2)shower drains because they had a bad sewage smell. I really didn’t think much about it, I’ve only lived in my new home for about two weeks but it’s only gotten worse. Juan provided next day service with a very thorough inspection, he was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He explained what was wrong and what the process of fixing is. During his inspection he used high tech equipment, such as a drain cam and a tool to locate the piping, this was very helpful and gave me a clearer picture of what was going on. I had a great experience with Trenchless Specialist Rooter. My sewer line from my sidewalk to the street connection was clogged with tree roots. They were able to remove all the roots and repair the damaged pipe by doing a trenchless sleeve repair. John and him team were very professional. He explained the whole process and kept me updated. I highly recommend them.

The owner, John was excellent from the beginning to end. He explained everything in great detail and showed camera and photo visuals. He also managed the job and was there in person the entire time to oversee his team and check on everything and the progress. He also provided daily updates of how the process was going to repair and replace our entire sewage system for a 15-unit property. Also, very fair and reasonable with pricing. I can't recommend John and Rotter Drain Expert any higher! Excellent 5 plus stars.

Rooter Drain Expert is the best in the business!!! I tried Rooter Rooter and other companies that claim they specialized in plumbing but nothing compared to the results John and his company gave us! I'm so happy that my neighbor referred me to Rooter Drain Expert! I had an emergency on a Saturday at 8pm and was forced to call a plumber from the back pages only to find out that they couldn't fix or even identify the problem. What an amazing service! I honestly don't write a lot of reviews, but when a contractor provides a service above and beyond what your highest expectations were, then I think they deserve an acknowledgment. I originally hired John to hydro-jet my drains. He offered a competitively priced service but worked harder than I expected to make my drains perfect. He even threw in a few free services that others charged for. He did a great job. But was even more impressive was when I needed a drain installed. John worked with me to have installed in the best possible location, gave me choices on which drain

John was great, on time, and professional. John scoped my mainline sewage pipe with a camera and mapped out all the blockages from roots invading the main line. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and I got to watch the camera screen live as he was hydro rooting my main line. Highly recommend John and his company. Always like to support hometown small businesses over name brands!

I highly recommend The Rooter Drain Expert. John takes pride in his and his team's work and this came through in every step of the process. Our mainline to the street had been backing up and we had called another rooter company to snake it. They recommended replacing the mainline and gave us a high quote. A family member recommended John to us and he inspected the line and gave is a much lower quote and explained the difference between what the other plumber had recommended and what he was suggesting to do.
