We had our water heater bust and used Ready Restoration for our water mitigation and repairs. We had to replace custom cabinetry and flooring throughout 2 rooms and these guys were the best! They were helpful in style suggestions, working within our budget, and were very professional. We used Jason as our contact and he was outstanding. Took care of insurance claims, kept us up to date on contractors coming and going, etc. You will not be disappointed if you use this company.

Kevin Hughes will give you misleading advice to swindle money from you and mainly your insurance company. He charged me $1000 do to about 15 min of work after telling me the procedure would be very time and labor intensive. He is absolute trash when it comes to craftsmanship, honesty, and clarity. I truly wish I took the advice of the negative reviews I read on here prior to dealing with this garbage individual. DO NOT USE

In February I had a water leak Ready Restoration came out to access the damage and we came up with a game plan for a complete remodel of my kitchen. I am very disappointed in how long it took, how many mistakes were made, how many corners were cut. Kevin, had made several appointments for plumbers, electrician, cabinet/counter top guys to come out and would show on the days that were said. I missed a lot of work not to mention my family and I had to live without a kitchen for almost 5 months.

Worse company ever! Employee Kevin Hughes Pushy, tricky, dishonest. Got money from insurance company without my knowledge, billed insurance for stuff that wasn’t done, left my house in worse condition than before they came, a month later finally got only 1/2 of my deductible back from them after finally tracking down owner Keifer (?last name) , also runs Ready heating and air who I paid $6600 for a new unit , so you would think that the owner would have been more willing to make the mess Hughes made right, but no!
