Carson and Lazero are my GUYS! Lazero is truly talented and took a water damaged, badly patched ceiling and made it look brand new.
A Michelangelo. Carson is knowledgeable and helped us craft a kitchen that we are really enjoying. She was always prompt, professional, and was able to provide us with excellent options to remodel our bathrooms. We appreciate that they are up-front with their cost and timeframe.

I've been hesitant to write a review because I know they are just trying to make an honest living, but I've decided I don't want anyone to go through what I've gone through.
Furthermore, the positive reviews certainly come because the installation team makes you feel like you need to write one when they are done in order for them to get a bonus. I even wrote one when the did my bathroom which turned out fine but I had to do a lot of touching up and finish work myself after they were done. This time I had them replace my floor and remodel my kitchen. Kitchen looks good now

I had 5 star kitchen and bath come remodel my bathroom. They did such a great job. Ricky and Caleb were great at making sure I was happy and that everything was perfect for me. I also had a sliding glass door put in. My old one had fallen apart before my scheduled install date. I called them and they found a way to get it put in early. I'm very happy with everything they did and I would use them again.

Brandon Seneshale and Hayden Knight worked overtime to complete our shower project in two days. They were respectful and informative. The shower looks great and they did a great job cleaning up. Anahi our sales person was extremely patient with our changes and made every effort to please.

We had two companies come out to give us a quote on our bathroom remodel. 5 Star Kitchen and Bath was $7,000 cheaper than Re-Bath. Anahi came to our house twice to help step us through the whole process and was very patient with our indecisiveness. Anahi's rendering of what the project will look like was also very impressive. We're still on the fence about whether we'll go with them or not, just because no matter how you look at it, it's a lot of money, so we're going to weigh all of our options first, but we're confident that they will take good care of us if we go with them. Anahi was amazing

Kim Call did a fabulous job during the planning phase of our kitchen remodel project. He was always on time, easy to work with and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the design phase. The customer service staff was very friendly and helpful when setting up appointments and returning calls. Very good experience in the planning phase.

All I can say is WOW!! They did an awesome job. It took us two years to find someone to reface our fireplace. It was exhausting. But we stumbled on 5star kitchen and bath. They had someone come out right away to give us and estimate and the follow up and communication with was amazing. The date of our install was on time and the guys showed up on the dot. Our fireplace came out soooo beautiful and we are sooooo very happy and thankful to them for doing such a great job!! We would definitely use them again for future projects. Definitely recommend them!

BUYER BEWARE: A lot of ratings here are from when people get their quote. They can't ask for 5 stars for a discount, it's illegal and can get them flagged by google. So what they do is have the sales people ask for a review then and there and make sure it's a great experience, ours went as far as to say they hope it was a 5 star experience. They will want to see the review (further pressure to give 5 stars). I dont even know where to start with this company and the lack of customer service and respect they have for their customers. They took advantage of my elderly parents and attempted to nickel and dime them, to the point they had my 78 year old mother in tears after arguing with the owner Walter for 2 hours and my 80 near old father enraged after the lack of respect from their project manager Zack. 5 Star Kitchen & Bath sent their representative David Adamson (per his business card his title is design & sales manager) came to quote my townhouse kitchen renovation was anything but 5 star customer service. I had told David my estimated budget I'd like to stay within and he quoted 2-4x over my maximum budget. David tried to sell me on the fact 5Star build all their cabinets locally, ok that's nice but the most important to me is my budget as I wanted a shaker doors and the maple or pecan wood for the three sides then at that point of our discussion David recommended

Dave was awesome. Very attentive to the direction we want to go in our remodel and was great at giving us the confidence that we could do it! Looking forward to seeing the plan he has come up with for us!

Sales Process: we feel like the going through the process of planning our remodel and picking out styles was great. Kim was very patient with our indecisiveness and gave us great suggestions. This helped make something stressful for us easier.

Final result: our project is nearly complete and we are very happy with how things look. We, like most people, had the typical remodel hiccups along the way. We were able to iron those problems out in the end.

Working With Mr. David Adamson on our master bathroom remodel was a great experience. He walked us through several design ideas and made sure we understood all of the product options available before we started. He has great product knowledge and is very easy to talk to and work with. Communication was always prompt and appointments were always kept. I would recommend David to anyone considering a potential remodel. My wife and I are completely satisfied and know who to call for future projects.

The overall quality and workmanship was very good. Unfortunately the communication was not as great as expected. We asked for and approved plans for a Euro-style shower with glass like we've seen in many nice hotels. It wasn't until the glass was installed that we discovered there would be a metal bar across the top for support. This was disappointing and not disclosed in our discussions or planning.
