I hired Master Bath to replace my master bathroom tub and shower. I had an old, nasty jetted tub that I wanted to get rid of. Master Bath was organized in their work, and made it as painless as possible. The price was fair, and my new tub and shower are beautiful.
All of that was great, but I have to say that I was most impressed by the lineup of subcontractors that they enlisted to work on my bathroom. Each was professional and courteous, and I felt very safe allowing them into my home.
Ultimately, I am totally pleased with Master Bath's work, and intend to use them for my future bathroom needs

Master Bath was great to work with. I couldn't even get a call back from some other similar businesses in the area. I just needed one panel for a repair for my tub/shower surround. They found me a piece on site that would work and gave me a great deal on it. Their Installer, Augustine, came out the next day and installed it. Due to a mistake I had made with my measurements, Augustine had to spend more time than originally planned on the repair and was incredibly nice and understanding about it. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs any of this kind of stuff. Their customer

About a year ago the tile in my shower started to fall off. I contacted Spencer at MasterBath and was THRILLED with the end product after demolition and installation of the cultured marble. I should have written a great review then. This spring I decided it was time to replace my basement shower and Spencer came to the rescue again. In both situations I found him to have the highest integrity and suggestions that were cost effective but really increased the value and beauty of my home. I am recommending MasterBath to all my family and friends.

I called Spencer at Master Bath when the 'contractor' that I hired at the recommendation of multiple Facebook friends turned out to be a thief who stole my deposit and then vanished. Spencer came in and picked up the project without trouble. The first joker had torn apart the bathroom and left everything a complete mess. Spencer knew exactly how to fix all of the halfway done and broken pieces left by the origional guy. His calm and confident demeanor was a relief after losing over $3k the first time around.
