Jon and Marci were both profession and detail orientated. We are extremely happy with our new flooring.Jon solved some issues that other installers couldn't or wouldn't deal with. I was a bit concerned about saw dust and debri in our back yard. The yard was cleaner when they left than before they came. I highly recommend Flawless Flooring.

Jon and Marci were amazing! In a critical situation with my paralyzed husband, I needed to make a ‘hospital room’ in my home with vinyl plank.. Not only did they drive out to Arizona, but they helped with the leveling of the floor and helped me through the process.

I am completely happy with the bamboo floor that was installed in my home. John is professional, experienced and easy to work with. He came up with solutions to some quirky issues with my ancient subfloor and got the floor installed perfectly. Fast service – they made it happen, even in the midst of a pandemic. I would recommend them to anyone!
