Very satisfied and happy with the quality materials and excellent work and support from Ron, Marya and the installation folks ( Dennis). We had carpet installed by All Pro and we loved the whole experience. Ron and the office staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They got us samples of the colors we were considering, made great recommendations, and got us scheduled on our preferred day. The carpet installer was efficient and professional and did great work. Will use them the next time we have flooring needs.

All Pro Floors made the process of buying carpet for our new home so easy. I kept waiting for the dreaded last minute, “sorry but due to the fires and COVID etc...” it was a horrible time, end of September 2020. Our installers Russ and son were even done a day earlier than we expected. We absolutely love our carpet and highly recommend All Pro Floors!

As a remodel contractor in Santa Rosa we've worked with this company a number of times over the years. Their service is excellent. The product lines they carry are at least as good as everywhere else you can buy from. The crews are very conscientious and pleasant to work with as well, besides being quick and knowledgeable.

I had carpeting installed today by All-Pro. This has been a great experience from start to finish. I had great service when I picked out my carpeting (by appointment) at the store and they got samples for me of different colors/thickness so I could look at them at home. Their installer was efficient and followed COVID-19 protocols. The carpeting looks fantastic!!!! I'll be back to do more business with them.

Fabulous customer service at this family feeling carpet and flooring store! Fantastic prices! I got a New Zealand wool rug for under $100 and had them do the edging/binding for another $100- the same rug was used for close to $800 in Sebastopol. I am 100% happy with the quality, service, and timeliness of the work done!

If you are looking for a great flooring company, check out All Pro in Santa Rosa. We recently bought a home and wanted to take out the carpeting in two of the bedrooms. The living room and hallway had beautiful floors that we wanted to match. The previous owner had put in flooring in the third bedroom, but it was a very poor match with the hallway floors. All Pro had a great variety of flooring material, and we found a material that was a very good match. We were in a race to get the new flooring in before we moved into the house, and Ron and Marya and the whole All Pro team worked really

All Pro installed new carpet in my living room and family room and we couldn't be happier with the product and service. Manny came out and measured and then we dealt with Marya for pricing and scheduling. Both very professional and easy to work with. Then we had Bud and John out to do the actual installation. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so at ease around both of them, I left then alone in my home and went to work. And I never do that! I would highly recommend Manny and the crew at All Pro.

Eric's team at All Pro Floors redid my flooring in a really cool grey laminate flooring and his team was super professional and great to work with. They can install wood, laminate, vinyl, tile, carpet as well as remodel work. They are family owned and have their own installation crew. From the moment I walked in to All Pro Floors, I was warmly greeted. I was met with smiles, offered water, and genuinely asked how I was doing. A family environment, I met the owner, his wife and son all within the first 30 seconds inside. They let me park my bike inside, no problem. Eric listened to my desires for our house remodel, and my concerns of the many varieties of flooring. Eric made the overwhelming project simple. He showed me products that fit my budget exactly.

All Pro did a great job on our house. Marya and the rest of the staff were very pleasant throughout the process - providing samples, scheduling and completing work at our convenience.
We have an older house that had some challenges but they were unfazed and suggested a realistic solution that wasn't too expensive.
When it was time to do the work they were prompt and efficient. The new floors look great and we are happy we hired them for the job.

We were referred to All Pro Floors by a friend and we're SO happy we took the time to meet with them. Marya was great and showed us all our carpet options based on our "special needs" (dogs, cat, grand-babies, etc). Eric provided us with a quote that came in lower than the remnant option we previously looked at and the quality was much better. The guys that came to install the carpet were fast & professional. LOVE the finished look!

We just purchased an older home and our first order of business before moving in was to replace the poorly installed bamboo flooring and worn carpeting. We contacted All Pro Floors and Eric came out for the estimate. He pointed out some installation touches that really made the final project show nicely.
