I was prepared for a terrible experience. Did not disappoint. I already did my homework else where, which I highly recommend doing before coming here. I am a young non white customer (Native American) and worked extremely hard for what I have. Walked in and not a single greeting. People walking past me avoiding any eye contact . A minute later a white couple; older couple walked in. They got immediate and prompt service. Offered beverages. They made sure they were well taken care of. I already knew what I wanted. Tried to get someone. After about 20 ish minutes someone finally says hi. But is clearly

We have been a customer of All Seasons Spas for twenty years, since buying our first Sundance hot tub. All Seasons Spas has been our one stop shop for all of our hot tub needs--both maintenance and accessories--and they offer a wide array of products and services. We have called on All Seasons Spas to move our hot tub two different times, and their expert care, affordability, and availability has been convenient for us. Let me start by saying that the best part of our experience was the delivery/set up crew! They have earned a solid 5 star rating in my book. I was amazed at how gracefully they put our swim spa on the steep hill in our back yard. Very friendly crew who also did a fantastic clean up.
The customer service experience, however, was pretty bad. Actually it was terrible. We ordered in July and were told by our salesman, Mike, that it would be delivered in September as they custom make each spa. That was perfect for us as we were also building a deck around the spa and the deck guys were schedule

From the moment we entered the store to the delivery of our hot tub, we couldn't be happier. The sales people weren't pushy and genuinely wanted to help. We checked out most other places and even investigated online, but our final decision came down to the great staff at All Seasons and the reputation of their product. They made it easy from the quick delivery and timing of the electrician, we have been so happy with our purchase. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. They made my hot tub buying experience as smooth and painless as possible. I received my tub and filled it up. While it was heating the relay on the tub stopped working and wouldn't heat my tub past 98 degrees. I contacted them to let them know what was going on and they promptly sent out their technician and was able to quickly identify the problem.
Bottom line is this company went above and beyond to ensure a customers satisfaction.
