I visited several dealers before settling on Rainbow. I instantly felt comfortable there from the moment I walked in and didn't get the "hard sell" from anyone. The folks I dealt with answered all my questions expertly and were very honest. Even advised me on some things they wouldn't recommend me spending my money on. The delivery was great. There was a small malfunction with my spa and they quickly came to fix it and followed up after to see if I was happy. Highly recommended! Couldn't have had a better experience.

I had an over all good experience with the company.. The owner was responsive, They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me get my hot tub fixed quickly. Like we're talking a day after calling I was already on the books and a technician came out when I was being told from everyone else it was a 3-4 week wait time. They responded to questions promptly and found me a solution. Everyone was awesome...
Now the negative and the reason why they aren't 5 stars. They told me a price on the phone and the price completely changed after the work was done. I was told by a young lady when I first spoke with that

We highly recommend this company! Lisa and Rick helped us tremendously with deciding which hot tub would meet our needs. There was no pressure and they were so professional and kind. We shopped around and found the hot tubs they sell are top quality and the price was great! Many other places had a 6-9 month wait due to Covid, and we received ours in 3 months. Matt and Austin installed it and were amazing. They made sure the placement was perfect for us and explained everything so patiently. They also gave us tips on how to keep costs low. Lisa made sure to give us tips on how to save money on Chemicals

Truly experts in their field! First time customer, treated and felt like I was a friend! From John taking my order to Clark servicing my very aged indoor hot tub everything was smooth and easy, done within a week. They had all the parts and even a cover to replace my old one all at a reasonable cost. Thank you so very much for the upgrade from manual to digital! Our tub was down for a few years and is now back up and running like new! I’m amazed and very thankful. A customer for life!

I have been using Rainbow for years for my hot tub supplies and service and they are top notch for sure! Whether you are visiting their showroom or getting service they are always super knowledgeable, friendly and get you what you need with no pressure! Recently I had an issue with my Hot tub losing water and they responded amazingly and John performed the service and kept me in the loop the entire time to let me know what the issue was and what it would take to fix things as well as what the cost would be to complete the work! Fantastic as always! It is always great to work with local businesses

Great place! Just purchased a home with a hot tub and had zero idea what I was doing. I went into Rainbow and said exactly that, and Blake walked me through each step of the process. Not too much info, not too little, but just what I needed to get going. He didn't try to oversell me anything, which I'm grateful of because with my lack of knowledge who knows what I could have been talked into. When I walked out less than an hour into my visit (I ask a lot of questions) I had notes, a cheat sheet, a set up schedule, a maintenance schedule, all the chemicals I needed, and a phone number

If I could give fewer stars and write a review, I would.
We have spent $1000.00 and still do not have a working hot tub. They are impossible to reach, do not return calls, and do not note down messages you leave for them.
This company is very unprofessional and have horrendous customer service. I highly recommend you do not get involved with them.

I've owned hot tubs for years. Now I'm old enough that it's difficult to service. So I contracted this company to replace a heating element. Total cost in the past has been nearly $200. I expected the same from them! I couldn't have been more wrong it took them 2 days to successfully complete the work and I got charged a travel fee for both days even though the second day was simply the fact that they have not connected a pressure switch that needed reconnected. So on the second day I got a travel fee I got labor and then Parts fee to replace an operating switch not happy at

The team at a Rainbow has always been super helpful. Whether I'm getting advice on balancing chemicals or in need of repair, they've always been responsive. Right before this winter's cold snap, our heater went bad. Clark was out right away and got us back up and running. We bought our hot tub elsewhere (a place that advertises a lot on TV) and I'm convinced they sold us a damaged spa. I'm thankful that Rainbow has been able to keep it running.

I purchased a tub last year and could not be happier with the tub and the service. When I cleaned and refilled the tub this spring I inadvertently changed the setting and could not get the tub to heat up. When I called and asked for a service I was told, just describe the issue. He knew exactly what I did and told me how to fix it. He could have taken my money for a service call but wanted my happy more than my money.
