Bob built our house in Port orchard in 2016. From the start of the project until the end Bob did a really nice job of keeping us informed as to progress, challenges, and schedule changes. He shared information with throughout the process and was extremely responsive in addressing concerns. When we disagreed on something we found him to be forthright and fair. Of particular note was the extra steps he took when we were two years outside of warranty to address at no small expense to himself, issues with our hard wood flooring. Bob is a good builder, but he’s a better person and someone who I would

They continually give to the community in many ways with time, materials and support. He was one of the first contractors on site to volunteer for the Tornado victims and is working with other community members and businesses to help those affected by this disaster. I have been through many home buying processes over the years. I have never had even close to the great experience I had with working with the Disney’s. It was such a smoothe and easy process. Bob Disney was incredibly accessible, even after we closed. He answered every question we had no matter how simple or how difficult. He and his staff were so awesome to work with. I would absolutely recommend working with them and hope to again in the future

Dishonest builder! Started building a house with Bob Disney and half way through he breached the contract because he could sell the house for more money due to market changes. Our attorney said he could not legally cancel our contract but we decided that we did not want to continue building with someone who is arrogant, greedy and unethical. We had also heard that he does not come back for the yearly repairs as is required. Save yourself some grief and don't build with this company.
