This company went above and beyond. My heater went out and I had called 2 other contractors for estimates. Both told me my heater was completely done. E.F. Martin came out last and brought me some space heaters without me ever asking. Jeremy went under the house and within minutes he had my furnace working perfectly. There was no sales pitch and he was finished in less than an hour. In our conversation with Jeremy, I could see his integrity and dedication to this company. It is very rare to find such honesty and integrity. I will not look any further for a reputable company to do all of my HVAC

I cannot say enough good things about EF Martin. Their service is the best you will find. We had an issue with our hvac and Dennis came out on a sunday evening and worked hard to diagnose the issue and could not have been any more professional. He had to return the next day with the part and got everything working again. The service from the entire organization was awesome and especially from Dennis. Thank you.

Imagine a day where it was over 100 degrees. It’s after hours and your AC breaks down. Not only that, you’ve got a pregnant wife of 26 weeks inside. That’s what I just had.
Pulled up goggle, and thank God it lead me to EF Martin. They had us back up and running in less than 90 minutes. Unbelievable service!!!! They’ve got a customer for life.

I had two HVAC units installed as we were buying a new home in Columbia. These guys had great advice, and they installed it during the pouring rain. The units are fantastic, and I just had my first service call. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and they don't push you to buy additional products and services. That leads me to want to actually buy additional products and services.

Every part of the process was great. Mary was super helpful and got everything scheduled right away. Reggie came out and asked a bunch of helpful questions and got me a quote on the spot. Don't know the names of the installers but they were very polite and helpful too. Got everything done through their financing and they told me about dominion rebates I qualified for that they'd submit all the paperwork for. Had some issues getting quotes and work out of another company. EF Martin came to the rescue though 👍

I had trouble with my A/C unit and called E.F. Martin. They came out when they said they would. The technician was extremely professional and polite. He explained what he was going to do and conducted himself very well. Once he examined the unit, he explained exactly what was wrong and went over the total cost to repair the unit. I had expected a much higher price on the unit to be repaired but it was much less than expected. The technician repaired the problem and got the house cooled down for us. After the repairs were completed he stayed and made sure everything was working correctly before
