AAA Heating & Air, LLC is open 24 hours a day, 6 days per week. Normal office hours are 8am til 7pm. After 7pm the oncall line will answer and return any messages left. We are closed on Sundays. If you are an existing customer and need emergency service on Sunday, please use the number provided above to reach us.

Not sure what was suppose to be checked on the winter tune up visit since there isn't anything listing what the tech would be checking on my furnace. The report we received from the tech afterward only said "checked all electrical components". Would be great to get something in writing that listed in detail ALL what would be done on the visit. Tech was very friendly and professional.

Brand new ac unit leaked. First technician came out and tried his best to mop up the water. He stated the unit wasn’t leveled right upon installation so he readjusted the unit and its been fine since. The problem was not from the technicians but rather from the management of this company. There was a small /med sized water ring on the ceiling where the unit leaked onto the ceiling and through to the kitchen floor.
Here starts the denial and lies from Rusty the manager and then Roy the owner….
Simple solution would have been to repair the ceiling as he was asked. What actually happened? Only

I have never written a review such as this but the level of horrible, rude behavior and unprofessionalism I have witnessed from this company is unparalleled. So, I feel my experience should be one more warning for people to avoid AAA Heating and Air.
I had a new unit installed in March and several weeks later water was leaking out of the ceiling onto the floor. They said they would send someone out in a few days until I insisted that it couldn’t wait as there was a steady stream of water leaking . So after my review that google asked me about, Roy jr (mgr) decided to give me a call to tell me that he didn’t need me as a customer. Not sure if that service is on the mission statement or not. My 6 year old system was working great and bc I listen to 107.5 all day their jingle is pretty much in my head. I decide to get it serviced with them. Billy was awesome and did great. Unknowingly and inadvertently caused a leak from leveling the fan. After two days was able to figure this out, soldered it and refilled with Freon. A month later same problem started again running 7 degrees hotter than

I cannot say enough GREAT things about the job AAA heating and air did for me! The service crew was awesome and had my new system installed within a few hours. Very professional group and the 15-year warranty is above and beyond what anyone else could offer. My experience was wonderful and you should look up AAA heating and air before you buy a new system! It pays to shop around and do your homework!! These guys are Top Notch!!
