Sometimes the problem is simple so try these things first: Thermostats. If your thermostat has batteries, replace them. Not all thermostats need batteries, but when they do they must be replaced regularly. Check Your Air Filter. A clogged air filter will cause small problems like bad airflow and icing.
With your frequent filter changes and careful trimming around your outside unit, your system should give you years of trouble free service. Most trouble is caused by organic particles in indoor air making a mess in your air handler. Your monthly filter changing is the most effective solution to this air quality and maintenance problem.
All good things come to an end! And air conditioning equipment is a good thing. Typically the time to replace old equipment is when the repair required for continued operation is impractically expensive. The trick is to find someone who will give a truthful evaluation of the repair cost instead of inflating the repair price in order to parlay each service call into an entire system replacement $$$$$$$.

Mike agreed on a Saturday early afternoon around one or so to come out and take a look at a malfunctioning AC unit at one of our rental properties. He told me it would be later in the day but that he would take care of it so that hearing from him all day I checked back with him around 7 o’clock because it was getting late only to find out that he came to our property and because the tenant didn’t run out to the driveway and open the gate for him he decided not to come and service the unit. Think about it was I left Mike specific instructions. I told him that the gate would be left unlocked

Found Mike a few years ago when our AC quit working and 2 other companies said we needed a 2 new AC systems for our 2 story. He came out the same day and fixed the problem. Hes been my AC guy ever since! He is honest, reliable, professional, and goes through all the processes so I can understand how my ac works. I cannot recommend him enough!! Thank you Mike!!

He’s not concerned about squeezing every dollar from every time out of customers ...as Example of this was my “second time “he has provided me instructions over the phone on what to do with a problem I was experiencing.
Again how many would have just taken the money for the call out fee and Service charge for a simple solution?

Highest Praise for Mike and Wesley Chapel A/C. I called him late on a Fri. afternoon to check my mothers air conditioner problem. He tried to fix the problem but found the system was shot (an 18 year old AC original to the house). When he knew he could not fix the air conditioner over the weekend he immediately went home and brought over a portable air conditioner for my mother to use so she could stay in the house safely due to the heat. He advised me each step of the way on ordering the new system, installation l, product registration and clean up. Great service and would happily recommend for

Could not be more pleased with Mike. Probably the most honest guy around. Also very professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and clean.
