The name of the company when you call is “Heatwave” not red carpet.
Tried to get someone out to fix the AC for a tenant. I gave them two numbers for the tenant and they had my number. The time passes, they left a voicemail and text with the tenant but when the tenant called back, they got no response. No one called me. After an hour passed beyond the time the tech was supposed to come, I called again and was told the tech went home because the tenant didn’t answer. Issue is, the tenant did call and no one answered. No one from this company called me. When I asked why I didn’t get a call

We had issues with our A/C unit and the house running hot. The house was creeping up to 83+ degrees. They insisted we needed a new A/C unit. The old one was near end of life I so I went ahead with it. They installed the new unit and we still continue to have problems. THis was at the end of summer into fall and tempuratures were dropping. We recently needed to have all our duct work replaced due to mold. We had a strange smell coming from the vents, so we were initially trying to find a company to clean them. Beau came out on Sunday 8/19 to give me an estimate for a new unit after a previous company had completely ruined our other one. He was able to get an estimate in a fast amount of time and set up the install for the very next day! Today, Emilio came out and explained everything he was going to do and got it done. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable him and his helper (did not get name, but he said it's the owners son) did an AMAZING job. Juan came to service my AC units. He was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. As he was doing the inspection he took the time to explain to me how things should work and how my unit was performing. He was very respectful of me and my house and very thorough in his inspection. My AC broke in the middle of July, the day before my husband was coming home from the hospital. Red carpet send a knowledgeable and experienced technician to complete the repair. He called ahead, arrived punctually, was very professional in his interactions, and completed the repair, even though he had to wait out a huge rainstorm right in the middle of repair.

My AC went out at 1 am...called them and they were able to get a repair person out to me by 9am!! Andrew was my tech and he did a phenomenal job. Extremely courteous and professional!! My Ac was back up and running the same day and at a reasonable price. So glad I called and will definitely make them my go to AC service company for any future AC needs

I have mixed emotions about this company due to numerous interactions. Our first interaction was when my warranty company sent them out after my compressor broke. A crew of three guys showed up, one of which appeared to be a supervisor or salesman, which should have been my first hint. I explained my issue and they "got to work". About a half hour into my appointment they explained my compressor was shot and needed to be replaced but the warranty company would deny my claim since they found black mold due to lack of maintenance. Long story but this contractor was to fix my air conditioning unit before I purchased my condo. After closing on my condo, still wasn't working. Had escrowed $$$ from seller to get it fixed. Red Carpet came out, said it was the fuse box. Called electrician, they said it was the AC unit. Called Red Carpet again. Got STOOD up. Waited for 2 hours. Sir--if that is what you choose to believe it is your option. FYI--had to call to have the A/C repaired again the next day. Only thing that is wrong this time is blowing hot air again--probably needing to have a Freon leak repaired--which your repairman said needed to be done just before he left after filling it with Freon. Your salesman while at my house said that he could not guarantee that my warranty company would pay for visit--I figure that is why I was charged the full visit fee instead of the contractual fee--and when I caught it you refunded the difference. Had them back out to install their new Aeroseal product that secured my duct work from the inside and the dust is almost completely eliminated in only a couple of days. Can't wait to see the drop in my electric bill. Thanks guys!

Don't use this company! They were sent to my house from the home warranty company, twice within 30 days to repair the same work. The tech was negative and told me my claim would be denied before he even started to look at the unit. But, he already worked up a quote for a new unit before looking at my current problem.
He told me his recommendation was to have a new unit put in, but according to the warranty company that was not on his report. So, needless to say my claim was denied.
Then I started to get texted from them scheduling the install of a new unit from them. I felt this was a setup

Red Carpet was the contractor that my home warranty company assigned to me. First, when I called, I got a woman who actually berated me for not having serviced the unit. I've only owned the condo for a year and a half. They then said they would be out between 1 and 5. They showed up at 630 with an inexperienced tech who did not bring the necessary equipment to complete the job. I then spoke with the service manager who promised to personally contact me back the following day. No call. Ted at Red Carpet Air is fantastic. We bought a house at the beginning of last year 2016. It is now 2017 and, unfortunately for us, the inspector never told us how bad the HVAC system was, nor that we had mold in the system outside the house and in the duct work. Black mold dust was being sprayed all over the house. We would clean and the next day all back again. We were getting sick with cold like symptoms. Red Carpet installed our unit a little over a year ago. We called them to do a yearly checkup. Online I requested appointment and was given date and time I requested. Technician Troy was on time, courteous and very professional.
I charged the fee and within 30 minutes of technician leaving I received a call from their office telling me they were refunding the charge since it was 1st checkup after the installation. I was pleasantly surprised by the info.
How many companies would do this....they are not only good but HONEST!
