Excellent A+ customer service! First time using their services. They did a good job with that, but more importantly they have the right attitude when it comes to doing business and wanting to develop a longer term relationship. The are there to help with glass cutting / supplying, but (as I mentioned to the owner/manger) but seem to be 100% genuinely good people who make you feel like you are important, even if you want to just get 1 cut done. Again, A+++

I give this place a C- minus for customer service. I brought in a failed double pane bathroom window for repair and although promised in about 2 weeks, it took one month. I had to call several times about it and I also had to describe it each time they could "find it". Once I was on hold for over 20 minutes as they searched for it and another time they had to contact a field rep who called me the next day telling me when to expect it to be finished.
Also, you won't get a work order which describes the charges, so I am not sure what the breakdown of parts vs labor were. They also wouldn't provide

Excellent experience! My contractor asked me to go here for massive plate glass windows. The owner let me throw away 4 broken plates of glass in his dumpster, cut my glass in front of me and let me watch. He then loaded my truck with very heavy panes of glass. My windows literally glow brightly. Honest, as they explained that I could save some money by telling me why tempered glass was not necessary due to location.

My husband and I are very disappointed in the service at Pottstown Glass. We are building a coffee table and went 3 times to the store for assistance and were not helped. The first time we went we were told the guy who could help us already left for the day. We were told to come back the following week and he would be there. So my husband went to the store the following week and was told the guy wasn’t working, but to come back on Saturday. I referenced the website and the hours listed say they are closed on Saturdays. I also remember seeing their hours posted on their boarded up store as M-F

Pottstown Glass was able to install my shower glass without penetrating the sill when every other glass company said it couldn't be done! I am thrilled with the result. I was very pleased with their knowledge, honesty and accommodating approach. Whether it was contract , design or hardware details the owner personally responded and worked with me to complete the project. The shower has been in use for 8 months now without any issues. This morning I recognized the door needs a slight adjustment. I called the company and they arrived at my door 1.5 hours later!! You can't beat that for customer service

I needed to basically 4’ x 4.5’ windows replaced at the front of my house that had been cracked because the lawnmower likes to throw stones. We thought that we’d have to replace the entire bay windows at a cost of literally thousands of dollars.
Pottstown glass came out and measured what we needed ordered new insulated windows and have them installed in a very short period of time saving us a ton of money.
The communication and workmanship was consistent and excellent respectively. Even leaving the area around the windows perfectly clean before they left.

I have had multiple glass companies to my home and Pottstown Glass was the only company able to do the job. Very great customer service The guy on the phone was super friendly and full of knowledge they were able to get someone out there the same day. Thank you my shower looks amazing ( and most importantly my wife is happy)

My shower glass was just completed by Pottstown Glass and I couldn't be happier with the end results plus it was a great price! I dealt with Joe who was very pleasant and upfront about any hiccups along the way. Joe knew the importance about NOT drilling into the shower curb which made my day, other quotes I got said they may drill into it which is a BIG NO-NO. My hiccups came from the manufacturer of the glass not from Joe himself, they cut my towel bar holes too big so we had to get a replacement panel. Joe went above and beyond and still came out and installed my shower glass same day so

This company was recommended due to being local. They were to measure and install a glass door and panel in my shower. The initial measurements were done incorrectly, so I ended up with the wrong sized glass. The installers wanted to cut into my tile to make it fit. I worked with the owner's son to get the glass cut correctly. After a month, I find out the glass was cut to the same measurements as the first time! They expedited the order and I finally had the correct glass after another week. Installed it and only gave me a tiny discount for all the inconvenience and delay they caused me.
