Hugely disappointing. Ordered product, it never turned up. Chased them. They said it was delivered, then they said the courier would come back. 1-3 day delivery time selected, some 13 days later no progress. Why do companies use rubbish delivery companies? Why do companies have no tracking on whether items have been sent. I phoned the company and all they would say is we will send a replacement... with the same company that did not deliver before!

The woman who answers the phone called Beth doesn't know anything about the company or the product it's just like talking to brick wall, when you ask to talk to someone else she says she is on her on. I found this company very dodgy! I don't honestly believe the good reviews and am sure they are fake. Extremely disappointing.
