Michael's Glass

We ordered a table and the glass did not fit in the metal frame like it was supposed to. We brought it to Michael’s Glass Company and everyone was super helpful and incredibly nice! They fixed the glass for us right away and now the table is perfect! I highly recommend everyone to come here for any of your glass needs! Thank you for your incredible customer service!

I loved my glass I purchased and the price the only problem I had was the hours listed on the internet were not correct I went to the store on a Saturday pulled over see they were closed but an employee pulled up yelling at me to move my car not knowing what I was doing after I explained everything he became nice he had to move because he had blocked me in I was not happy about it

Had to have a plexiglass pane made for a job that i had to complete after a car ran into the business and they did a great job of making the custom piece at a great price which made the customer very happy. Thank you Michaels Glass Company.

The staff was very helpful. They were able to answer all my questions. I enjoyed looking through their showroom. There was much to look at and be amazed by. They were able to do what I was looking for. I will definitely shop there again.

Incredibly unprofessional, I had an appointment with one of their contractors with a four hour window and no one ever showed up or called. When I called an hour after the appointment window the receptionist apologized and said that was not how they like to conduct business and she would find out what happened and call me back. A day later I still have not heard from anyone. Needles to say no matter how highly they are recommended we will not be doing business and I would tell others to stay away, it’s just not worth the trouble.

I reached out to Darren to get a quote for a project. I never received an answer back so I followed up two days later and he was “too busy to answer me”. To me, that’s unacceptable customer service. Could you imagine having a project in the pipeline and he’s too busy? So I called to see if he could point me the right directions since it’s not something we’re familiar with, and not only did he rush me off the phone, he hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

We broke a living room window and Darren from Michael's Glass came out to give us an estimate. He was nice and very professional and the job he offered to do was more thorough and less expensive than other companies we got estimates from. Dave just came to install the glass and did a great job. They are all professional and pleasant to work with and the window looks great. I am totally satisfied with Michael's Glass and highly recommend them. Now at least I have one totally clean window!

Our dealership has been using Michael's Glass for years and we couldn't be more pleased. We always have Angel and Dave fix all the windshields or windows on the cars and the do an exceptional job! I had to write a review today because we were under pressure for a customer who came in last minute and did't have much time to wait. Michael's Glass Co. came to give me an estimate for my new shower enclosure. They were on time for the estimate, they were on time for the install and called a half hour before they arrived. The shower looks great! Both estimator and installers were polite and professional. They weren't the cheapest out of all of the estimates i got but they also weren't the most expensive. Time is money for me, so glad I used them!

I had a buffet table top glass cut and they did an great job. It was the size I provided and they delivered it to me. They put the top on themself and make sure its clean and scratch free. They were very responsive and courteous. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I have gone to Michael's Glass for years and so has my family and always recommended them. I took my vehicle there for a new windshield that had a road stone crack in it to be replaced for inspection. When I got my vehicle back there was busted glass all over both driver and passenger seats, dashboard, AC vents and the black strip from my old windshield with broken glass stuck to it left on my driver's side floor. I needed my windshield fixed due to a tree branch falling on it and didnt want to spend an arm and a leg to repair it. I called around and got quotes which ranged from 235 to 500 and thought it was insane to pay that much. I googled some more repair shops and read the reviews, many of the customers had stated that this shop was cheaper than others around, so I called them to get a quote--- and I am deff satisfied. What I would have paid in my neighborhood, costs 20 bucks less by just driving about 15-20 mins to this place.

So as you can tell from my photo my neighbor had a kitchen fire. Firefighters were tossing debris out the window and it hit our storm windows in our breakfast room cracking 3 of them.
My husband called them after googling reviews on this company. They were fantastic! the one gentleman came out took seriously 5 mins to get some measurements. VERY AFFORDABLE. Today two gentleman came out and replaced the glass. They were extremely nice and helpful and even put the table back. If god forbid something else were to happen where we were in need of glass/window repair I will only contact this company

This is our second review of Michael's glass because this is the second time we have had them install glass for a shower (we moved). Their work is still excellent! During installation they found a flaw in the glass (not from their own errors) and they offered a replacement piece free of charge and even installed the flawed glass so that we could use the shower in the meantime. They then installed the replacement on time and it looks great!

I thinks this is the second review I've written. Michaels installed a shower door for me about 3 years ago. The plastic piece on the bottom of the door wore out and I called them to come out and replace it. The guys were great...and it was no charge. I used Michaels in my old house and used them again. Highly recommend....

Darren gave me an estimate for replacing an old shower door, explained options and pros and cons of each. Darren also kindly answered more questions when I placed a followup call about some concerns I had. The price was reasonable compared to that of other shower door providers I shopped. The installers, Clay and Joe, arrived in the timeframe promised, wore protective booties, and were careful when taking materials and supplies from the truck to the bathroom. This was a second time I have used this company. They did a custom shower door few months ago and now a custom mirror . They were right on time , the price was competitive , they did a nice clean job. I am in remodeling business and because of their good work I get good reviews from my customers. They will get more work from me in the future. I would highly recommend Michaels Glass company.

I called Michael's last week to get an estimate on replacement windows. Spoke to Bonnie who made an appointment for me this past Monday, "He'll be out between 9 and 12." It's been 4 days, I'm still waiting. No phone call/No show.
Guess they're too busy.

I foolishly destroyed our custom frameless glass shower door. Darren from Michael's Glass worked with me on replacing it. He told us about options and why our previous door was an accident waiting to happen (if you are considering frameless, make sure you are able to bolt it to something other than glass!!).

He came when he said he would, followed up and kept us informed on the progress of our order and sent two of the nicest installers possible (I'm sorry that I cannot recall their names). When I was worried that it wasn't perfect, Darren sent his guys back within hours.
