We used Floor Crafters 20 years ago in our kitchen remodel, when we added Red Oak #2 flooring to match the rest of the house. They hadn't banned Glitza back then, and that finish still looks fabulous 20 years later. They were the only company at the time that agreed to let the wood sit in our home for two weeks to acclimate from the pampered warehouse "perfectly controlled temperatures and humidity" to our house of wildly varying temps and humidity. It worked! After 20 years, there is no gapping, no splits, no cracks. There's a few wear and tear scratches and marks from raising two teens, but frankly

Floorcrafters met with me, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and then came up with a proposal. The final product was better than the proposal, We were very happy with the work done, and the people: who quoted the proposal (very friendly and understanding), who came and worked on our floor, working with us, and then main office for billing options plus the many questions we had about treatment, ongoing floor care, and how long the work would take, what was our best option for a finish, and finally notifying us before each step. End-to-end care!

Floor Crafters installed traditional wood floors (not the prefinished type) in two rooms and a hall and landing. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. The floors look wonderful and they did a good job making them similar to my existing wood flooring. The crew were friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable. The job started and finished on schedule, and there was regular communication about daily events. I couldn't be happier.
