One of the best "No Hassle" buying experiences I have ever had. We were just looking at Hot Tubs and a friend recommended Mr. Fireplace. We went there to see what they had in stock. Greg introduced himself to us and welcomed us to the store; he let us know to ask him any questions we had about their Spas. We saw one we were interested in and Greg went to great detail answering all our questions about the Spa's features. I try to never write bad reviews but this is hands down one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I ordered an electric fireplace from Mr Fireplace and within 10 months it stopped working. They sent a technician out back in December/January of 20/21. I’m not joking when I say I have called them over 10 times and every time they tell me they are going to call me with the part and schedule a technician- they do not return my calls. I spoke with a female the last time that I expressed concern of not getting a call back & her response was “well I’m here now

Per roofing contractor the main cause of our leak was a faulty chimney cap. After a search online I hired Mr. Fireplace to come to our house, evaluate the problem and come up with a solution. Basically I paid $199 for absolutely nothing more that one of their techs to come to our house, look at the cap and determine that it was a little oxidized but otherwise OK and the portion of our chimney that needed to be repaired was outside of their scope of practice.
Fortunately our roofing contractor was able to find and hire another contractor who came in, sized up the terrible condition of the cap,

Experience was wonderful. From the first time we came to the store to look at hot tubs, to calling with questions, and the purchase, delivery, and installation of our hot tub went smoothly. We always knew exactly where we were in the process and next steps.
Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and provided great service. The process was very smooth. The delivery was wonderful, exactly on time and very quick. They gave a great walk-through of how to use the new hot tub!

We purchased HotSpring Vanguard with FreshWater salt system. it is fantastic. Sales consultant Dan Eppard was great to work. from ordering "a 8 week wait" because of COVID19, to holding the spa until we where ready for delivery and setup , because of permits and weather.
This spa is very very efficient. and the ease of care with the FreshWater Salt System the wireless control module and bluetooth capability.
It's been about 4 months now and I have not seen any change in my FP&L bill. So if your thinking about getting a spa, talk to Dan at Mr. Fireplace & Spa and ask to see the Hotspring HIGHLIFE
