At Fireplace BBQ Emporium we offer the highest quality and newest innovation of gas logs in today's industry. Stop by our showroom to see the largest display of live burning gas logs in Brevard County. This system has a safety pilot that is manually lighted and stays lit all the time. Also called a standing pilot, it is similar to a pilot found in a hot water heater.
Any grill master will tell you there is nothing worse than getting ready to use your summer kitchen only to find that the grill has seen better days. Not only is a dirty grill unpleasant to look at and cook on - it also can be a major fire hazard! Grease fires are the #1 way to ruin any meal - and they are a surefire way to ruin any grill.
We purchased a beautiful gas fireplace and from the first time we entered the store till our fireplace was done it was a pleasure to work with these folks. Tracy and Scott at Fireplace & BBQ Emporium were excellent to work with and went above and beyond in service. From the start, Tracy was there to help with all the details and decide what was the best option for us. We were buying a gas insert for our new construction home. Our timeline was delayed and they were more then accommodating in helping us order and then store the unit.
After a mess up with our builder, who decided to reframe after they installed and passed inspection, Tracy and Scott were there to help. We appreciate their follow up service, for the starting and training of the fireplace

Excellent service. I highly recommend this establishment. We stopped at several before we found this amazing store. We went to some where we were just ignored or handed information.
Then we entered Fireplace & BBQ Emporium and we were greeted with a smile and lots of choices and information. We chose a Napoleon fireplace insert and my husband created a beautiful brick wall for it. It is wonderful for just ambiance all year, and great for warmth on cool winter nights.

My wife and I just experience perhaps the absolute best customer service of all time. We were a bit skeptical at first about converting our gas fireplace to electric. So before making any purchase we contacted Fireplace & BBQ Emporium. We spoke with Scott (I believe the president) he invited us to visit their showroom. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tracy. She explained the entire process in detail and by the end of the conversation, we decided to move forward with the purchase. Tracy was patient, informative and reassuring. This company could give lessons on how to run a great and successful business. From my first call to the office to the payment when work was completed it was a pure joy doing business with them. Tracy was delightful and knowledgeable her father Scott was all gentlemen and took pride in his work.

It's so nice to find people like this! From the moment we walked in, Tracy was able to help us in our quest for switching our fireplace from wood to a gas unit. The floor models were great and all were plumbed with gas so we could see the flames for ourselves (important to view what the flames actually look like when making the leap from a wood to gas fireplace). Tracy explained the process to us and gave us some literature. We were able to call back the next day with our decisions and she went ahead and ordered the system. Very friendly and easy to work with! On the install day, it was a pleasure
