Excellent experience. When I submitted a request for information on their page, I received an email from the owner OVER THE WEEKEND. Then, he had the office call me first thing Monday morning to set up service.
They gave me a 4 hour window for my first appointment, from 12pm-4pm. Then, the tech showed up at the strike of noon. His name was Joey and he was so polite and kind, even offered to take off his boots in our new home.
No hidden fees, just the costs agreed upon. Tech was in and out in under 30 minutes, covering all of the inside and the outside.

I chose Palm because of their glowing reviews and they did not disappoint! The owner came out and meet with me during the initial consultation and I was really impressed by his knowledge and dedication to customer service. He spent a great deal of time surveying my home and property and put together an honest, comprehensive proposal. No pressure to buy, and a very positive experience. Their pricing was right in line with other quotes that I had gotten.
After reading the reviews, I requested Don and he came out the next morning! He was an absolute gentleman with a great deal of knowledge and experience

I have been a customer of Cook's Pest Control for 16 years. I am so happy with the service that Cook's provides and I never, ever have any bugs in my home! My technician, Don, is very professional and I really enjoy doing business with him. Over the 16 years, my children have all acquired their own homes and all use Cook's!

We give Cooks a 5 star rating thanks to our Tech Don Miller, he has taken our rental that was full of bugs to no bugs at all in one service, and none since. Don always calls the night before our scheduled appt and always shows up on time. He is very professional, courteous and thorough. We are 100% satisfied with our service.

Cook's termite service is the best. Don is my service tech and he is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He calls the day before to make sure the day of service and time is good for you. I moved down to Florida 4 months ago and haven't seen a bug yet. (I am not a bug person believe me) . This is a very reliable service and very reasonable in price. I won't change my service whats so ever. You can't go wrong with Cooks. Give them a call you won't be sorry.. 5 stars for Cooks Termite

Great service, prompt, always receive a phone from my Tech, Don, to let me know he'll be there the next morning. He's very through, efficient and always inquires if I've noticed any pesky bugs in my house. I've been with Cook's for many years and am very satisfied with the service I receive. My tech, Don is a very nice and kind gentleman!
