Luke and Jessica Fessler met on a warm Carlsbad evening in the Albertsons off Carlsbad Village Drive. As fate would have it, they were also neighbors, and this warm night sparked a lifetime of love and laughter. Romance was coupled with compatibility and a sharing of values, that included family, connection, honesty, personal growth, fun and giving to others.
At Bradley's Pest Control and Termite, protecting San Diego families and their homes from nuisance, damaging, and potentially dangerous insects and rodents is our priority. We accomplish this by implementing effective home pest control services that include one time or recurring contract. These contracts are designed to eliminate pest activity and stop bugs and rodents from returning.

We've used this company since moving to Oceanside in mid-2019 and couldn't be happier. We started with a dump that included a rat-infested crawl space, which Luke took care of in short order. Once they initially treat a home, they follow an every 2-months schedule, but Luke came back every week or more often until the rats were taken care of. We've had no problems at all since then. Luke is super friendly, knowledgeable, LOCAL, and thorough! His treatments are very pet-friendly - which our 2 dogs appreciate! So nice to have peace of mind, and no pesky critters!

In the middle of Covid, and working from home, we had what I thought was houseflies - I'd get a few, and then the next day there would be MORE. and MORE. Bradley's Pest & Termite was recommended to me by a property management company. Turns out we had Blowflies - and they multiply! I needed rescuing, it was beyond my ability to manage. Luke was great - he and another guy showed up within an hour of my call. They were super professional, clean, thorough, and checked in with me the next day to see if there were any flies remaining. I highly recommend them.

Have been using them since their beginning and can’t say enough good things about them. Fairly priced, better than excellent service, honest as honest can be, and probably some of the best people I’ve had the privilege of knowing. From my personal experience there is no downside to working with Bradley’s! Highly recommend for all your pest… control needs!! Oh, and I am on 1/2 acre, abutting a large natural canyon! They keep rodents well controlled and fleas outside in the front and rear grassy areas at bay. I have no need for flea control for my pets because Bradley&rsquo

These guys have helped out friends and family for years. When I first moved into my house in 2010 it had sat vacant for 6 or more months, and they took care of the ant problem right away. I've also had issues with fruit flies and fleas, and have referred Bradley's to others for rats. They always provide timely and friendly service! You always think these things will never happen to you, but if they do, I always know who to contact!

Top notch personal service. Bradley’s went out of their way to make sure my family wasn’t inconvenienced in any way. And the work was superb. I had some damage to the house that needed repair aswell as a termite and ant problem. Everything was done seamlessly and professionally. At a great price!! Couldn’t be happier.

Bradley’s pest and termite has been taking care of my home and property for the last two and a half years. I love these guys, they are amazing. Since these guys have been servicing my home I have not had a single issue with any creepy crawlers or rodents, and we live out in the country. We hired them within our first month of moving here due to… issues with unwanted guests, and they immediately took care of it and continue to do so. We've had problems with ants in a house we purchased in November. Being new to the area I was told just to set up bait and I'd get rid of the ants. Some people told us to live with it. Others said the tenting for termites brought the ants in and they would eventually leave. All our food items are in zip lock bags and we washed bowls and silverware before we used them. We never put a drink down because ants would come out of no where and take over. Finally I called Bradley's Pest Control. Absolutely excellent, I called multiple pest control places these guys called me back within minutes and was able and willing to come over to my house on a Saturday with no appointment. Took care of my ant problem also went above and beyond. Shoot it was even 93 degrees outside and still came over to help! I'm very thankful and for that definitely a five star.
