Econex has done a good job of keeping our spider and rat problem under control. This week they sent a different tech named Josh. He covered every square foot of our property. Most thorough job we have had from any tech. He also sprayed "Provoke" on our rat traps. Something no other tech has done.
We hope Josh will remain as our permanent tech. Great job!

I was referred to this company by a neighbor of mine. I called and they were able to get an employee to my home within a few days of my initial phone call. I agreed to the treatment and they went ahead and treated my home on the same day for house pests. Everything was super easy to set up and very cost effective. Subscribed to their quarterly spray services and was reassured by the salesperson about how "effective" their services would be against household bugs (I.e. riches, spiders, ants).
After the first treatment, didn't really see a difference but I figured it needed time to do it's thing... After the second treatment, spider webs and ants were still visible throughout the surrounding of my home.
Canceled, and if possible i would give zero stars. Honestly, I can't say there's anything really positive about my experience with this company even their customer service

Econex randomly ringed our doorbell asking if we need pest service. Usually I tell people I'm not interested but their service and price seemed very fair. Plus we have ants, spiders, and rodents so why not give it a try. So far they only came twice and they were very professional and friendly. It's too early to tell if the insects and rodents are gone but I was just impressed with their communication and professionalism, especially with our technician jake.

I'm very satisfied with this company. They sent me a proposal electronically which was super convenient. It detailed the work they were going to perform, a payment and work schedule, and you can sign it right from the web.
They are competitively priced compared to other companies that perform the same services. I also like that they auto-charge me for the payments so I don't have to think about it. But I'm still able to cancel any time.
The technician, John-Michael, that came to my house was very attentive. He was very nice to talk to. He took his time to answer my questions

We just moved in a new place and a couple of days ago we found wasps flying around a pile of boxes that were destined to be thrown away.After a few calls trying to find the right place I came across Econex .After filling out an online form ,I got a call with a quote (very reasonable!) and they came the next day!Tbeir technician was super nice and explained everything very clearly.

I rarely leave reviews for anything but I'm so frustrated with this company I had to share. Our sales rep Danny came by our house several times trying to get us to sign up. As I was running out the door to work, he talked to my husband. Nothing was agreed upon and he was to come back the next day when I was home. We talked the next day for a couple… minutes, he NEVER ONCE MENTIONED A CANCELLATION FEE.
