Received this via recommendation. The "Technician" showed up on time and that is where the professionalism ENDED. Personal appearance/hygiene- Nope. Professional attitude and demeanor- NOPE. Technical knowledge- NOPE (spent 2 hours, hypothesized 3 problems which didn't pan out and ultimately told me "When it looks like you're going to troubleshoot something for 3 hours it's time to call it quits.). Spent time yelling and cursing in our home and ultimately left without even putting the dryer back together. Called a different company and the issue was diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. DO NOT

Mike and his assistant stopped at my house to check a water leak from my washer.He opened the washer to checked every corner work perfectly ,it seems that the day before I had left the little drainage opened.Mike gave few tips to void the mold and the bad odors in the future.U will recommend him to all my friends and family since he know what to do and very professional and was sure that everything worked perfectly before leaving my home.

Mike the repairman is quick to take your money and then never call you again. I gave him $450 to repair my Whirlpool fridge main board which needed to be sent out for service. 1 month goes by, he comes to the house with the wrong board. Then said he would call me. 2 more months goes by and no call. I call and he says he just sent it in. Another month goes by and he said he hadn't heard from them. I asked for my money back and he guaranteed me that the check was in the mail. I settled for a refund of $300 rather than $450. after 10 days I've not received the check.

Very poor experience. Came out, was told there had to be payment in order to order correct parts, paid $477, a month later came back with wrong parts, said they would order again, six weeks after still had not heard from them. Called another company and had replacement of entire system in two weeks and was told it was under warranty so there should have been no charge. Still have not gotten my money back from Abe Able Repair. We had done business with them for 10 years but will not make that mistake again. I’m still waiting on my refund from Mike, who apparently can’t be bothered to reply to
