We contacted North Star when the gas company restated our stove because the oven was emitting CO2. An exceptional repair person came the next day. He ordered the parts and came back 3 days later to finish the repair. He fine tuned the entire stove, which works better than w bff an it was first purchased.

Our ice maker stopped working and receptionist was friendly and pleasant. Got an appointment for the following day. Stuart was our repair tech. He was friendly, knowledgeable, easily figured out issue and repaired it quickly. Cost of repair was below what I had assumed it would be. Overall excellent experience and will use company for any other appliance repair needed in the future.

Our service technician was prompt- and gave a courtesy call on his way. He was very courteous when he came into the home -wearing a mask at all times and gloves when he touched anything in the home. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He did tell us that we may need a new hose in the future but the hose cost $200 and he would wait to see if the repair he did could save us that $200. He cleaned up after himself and he went over and above to show us and explain everything that was making our dishwasher leak. We will definitely use this company for all appliance repairs
